I think he’s the most reliable option out of the 3 personally

Heaps of room for improvement with Clarry his ball winning ability is better then Steele/Touk IMO

I think Clarry goes 125+ easily

(Unashamed Oliver fanboi but have had him in SC since his 2nd year breakout)

Thats also what i was along the lines of thinking? He's so good and cheaper than the rest which is why i am so confused?

I know his BYE is really sucky tho so that might be it?

Probably waiting to see if he gets the de Boer tag in Round 5.

Throw a blanket over Macrae , Steele , Miller , Oliver just a matter of how many you can start and how quickly you can get the others in.

Think it’s the safe option/clashing with Gawn captain choice

I see Miller as a risk - Steele could fall away due to being the main man wear & tear etc

Legitimately I have no idea how to rank Macrae, Steele, Touk and Clarry, and I could easily start the season with any number between 0-4 of them. I want them all though.

Round 5 is a long way off though, DeBoer may not even be playing and by then he could've had a couple of good price rises and may not be far from where he is anyway. If you rate him, I certainly do and if I could afford he'd be in my team round 1

Less than a week to go , our starting teams should be well and truly locked in 😉 , should have all our downgrades and upgrades up until the Byes sorted out by now.

Don't think he even tags as much lately in case , thought he was playing HF and Hopper (maybe) played the run with role.

I think my initial starting side had Neale @ M5 and 4 of Macrae , Miller , Mitchell , Oliver & Steele and then reality hit.

Struggling to start 2 of them now without sacrificing my defence.

Firstly, you can't go wrong with any of them, ultimately it comes down to personal choice/preference.
I've looked at that quartet in depth to see if I can find a chink in any of them as a separator and it's hard.
Currently I have them in the following order Oliver>Touk>Macrae>Steele base on a combination of their age, profile, team/coach and level of ability.
Not putting my thoughts here for debate, more so to highlight the personal choice/preference factor.

Oliver is only the durable, high scoring champion midfielder from the Premiership team... you can see why people wouldn’t be interested in him 😎

Agreed; there's probably like half a dozen great reasons to pick any of the four and if you try to find cons, they're all really grasping at straws. Supercoach mathematical probability states they'll probably plummet in value at some point during the season unless we get a further massive breakout from any of them, meaning not starting some of them should be viable if you can withstand the pressure if they're all scoring 120+ at the start of the season.

One season of 120+ scoring - For argument sake you could say he might be a one season wonder which I highly doubt but the point still stands
