No Tomlinson or Petty (obviously)

Be interesting if Gawn drops back and is the defensive side of centre ruck and Jackson the forward side of centre ruck.

Martin tries to make Gawn accountable , use Dunkley against Jackson and play English as a "spare" midfielder/wingman.

Bont pushes forward as the extra marking option.

Bont is this years SC forgotten man.

Just a reminder as well to make sure that you select the E on your bench players. It's hard when benches have not been finalised but easy to forget in the rush. A lot of teams in the Rate My Team thread without E, even if finalised teams are subject to a last minute change.

Been rarely mentioned , seems to be Macrae the favourite then Tuk Tuk , Steele and Oliver.

I guess with many looking at Neale , Cripps , Rowell , Berry , JHF , Daicos , Ward their is not much room at all.

Find a balanced side with 3-4 starting ultra premium mids might get a strong advantage.

Who would you take out of those listed to enable that? I was looking at Cripps or Rowell. Would need to find the cash to though. Probably fade Whitfield. I've never felt comfortable with him, or any GWS player really - though I think Kelly has coloured the team in general in that sense.

That advantage can be lost pretty quickly with limited rookies providing suitable bench options.

I'm keen to start 4 of Macrae, Steele, Touk and Oliver and Neale and I've got a team I really like but the bench is scary and I'm not sure I like Ridley over Cripps.

And 8 X $ 102 , 400.00 bench players in all likelihood.

1-Sicily , Hewett - 5
Dunkley + the 5 $ 200-300k players
gets Neale @ M4 easily enough

Just weigh up Cripps & Rowell v others in D & M

Cripps & Rowell , probably need to lose a Butters or Heeney @ F2 , Sicily & Hewett in defence possibly with a $ 200-300k players if the rookies don't come
