Yeah, he's a very good character to have in your team, and develop into a gun I reckon.

Merrett tried hard too, but wasn't himself after Rowbottum got him high. Took a long time to get up, and was off his game for the rest of the night. Fumbling, missing targets. Not like him at all.

Be interesting if he has any delayed concussion symptoms.

Might bring him in after his Bye and finish off my mids , depending on what happens with Steele.

None of the emergencies are playing for GWS reserves against Southport today, with a couple recalled from QLD back to Sydney yesterday.

There has been illness through the GWS team. Himmelberg and Ward were particularly noted with Ricardi and Bruhn as replacements. None of those are classic relevant. The interesting observation is that Flynn wasn't sent back to get form.

Preuss wasn't specifically mentioned. The Flynn comment was purely an observation. So, assume Pruess is good to go.
