Lets go with that as the rule. If an update isn't made to a team, the replacement is your replacement, regardless of colour bracket.
I will update again tonight if any further changes occur, and can likely do the same tomorrow morning.
From 1100hrs tomorrow though, everyone is on their own.

Cross checking against the Players Championsip Order of Merit (PCOOM), as those next in line e.g. 65 onwards would receive the spots if any player withdraws.
Gian Van Veen is ranked 65th and has already officially been announced as the replacement for Peter Wright and this is accurate. Williams and Lowe are ranked 97th and 111th respectively with Lennon 68th in the PC OOM. Any extra withdrawals after Wright would mean 66th (M Vandenbogaerde) and 67th (A Boulton) etc on the PC OOM would receive those spots.

Above list is fine. Wright the only player to have withdrawn from the tournament. No other changes have been officially announced and serves as a necessary reminder not to place too much reliance on Wiki given the easy nature for anyone to make changes whether accurate or inaccurate without correctly attaching references in the wiki article.

Top 32 from the Order of Merit start the World Championships as a seed in the second round. Will make for interesting viewing this weekend given the prize money counts towards these seedings and the tight race to sneak into or hold onto spots in the Top 32.
