Mmm ... who has the gloves ??
Inglis has been keeping however if their longer form results are similar in BBL that won't be relevant. In the last four games that both played on the same side against the same bowlers, Inglis, 4, 85, 24, 22, Bancroft, 164no, 43, 135, 13. Bancroft, two centuries, 1 not out, one score under 40, Inglis, three scores under 25...

Devil's advocate for those intending to loop Gilkes:

What is your plan if he scores under 15 points in the first match against the Stars?

Will you look at anyone else (a single game player e.g. Wade or Philippe) or will you back him in?

Interested to hear some thoughts
Billings now - I did have Clarke onfield with no backup plan.

What's the recommended score to not loop? 20-30?

Comparing the pair from last year I have ...

- not sold on Inglis yet ... looking for plan B (Hosein) and C (??) ...

Edit: added Gilkes as well for comparison ...
- Grrr ... didn't realise how good he can be ... might be back to a team adjustment ...

Interesting, I am not overly considering what happened in prior seasons except in players like Rashid who have made a similar average for a few seasons. We're all buying Stoinis and Zampa at their low prices because we know that their recent performance does not resemble their last season's BBL performance.

I’ve come back around to Billings I think. Love that he can come on round 1 for either Rossouw or Gilkes if they fail (likely 1 will) don’t feel guilty about benching him round 2 as he has the bye anyway, and ready to go for round 3 DGR

If I can stomach Gilkes, Inglis, Rossouw, Hardie as 4 of my DGR players for round 2, I’ll also go Lynn to Neser/Swepson round 2 and have 2 Heat guys ready to go for round 3

If Neser gets a extended stay with the Test Squad does that open up a spot for Johnson , Kuhnemann , Prestwidge or Wildermuth ?
Need to find a spot for Kuhnemann so might be the way to get him in. Think he misses game with due to being with Cricket Australia but R3 he should slot back in somewhere.

Wildermuth in for R1, Kuhnemann in R3?

Doesn't have FC status anymore and been changed back to 4 days (9-12) so he might be right for the 15th.

Wait and see I guess.
