It's Ballsy especially with so many injury risks like Fyfe, Hope and Yeo. But it could be a stroke of genius
Don't think we even need to factor in the likes of Chesser , Dean , Gillbee , Gould , Wagner , Weddle etc etc at this early stage although people are naturally drawn to their cheap starting price to make their onfield side look "stronger" than it actually will be come Round 1.
Not sure both McKenna & Wilmot fit with Kiddy & Rich.
Think their are (possibly) enough $ 170-$225k players that could work.
Never used to like paying over $ 500k for starting defenders now D , D , S , S & S are over $ 600k , that's getting into midfield territory.
If I start Daicos am I committing to my D6 already ?
Based on last year's points he is 11th on aggregate which is a tick , but only 25th on average
95 would see him 16th , 100 gets him up to 10th/11th.
Titch added so Crisp/Pendles probably lose some rotations , just a matter of how many games JDG & Tay Tay miss.
Fly might just let him sit on Titch's hip pocket.
Fly comes across as a smart man , think he got Titch for a specific purpose/reason and will adjust the game plan accordingly.
With the addition of DPP though might need to add the likes of Crisp , Pendles , Short & Whitfield etc into the defender equation.
Obviously we don't know at this stage whether that will happen or not.
But yes Fyfe , Hopper & Yeo do obviously have durability concerns , can they all last 6-10 consecutive games or ideally be upgraded at Bye time.
Enough viable rookies appear we may not even need to start all 3 of Fyfe , Hopper & Yeo in any case.
35 days to go though so way too early to be locking in to many players and structures in any case.
Possibly now with some mid price F options appearing , can we wait on the likes of Rozee and Taranto , their price may not get away from us.
