I think what they'd really want to see is events on the boundary side of the contest getting picked up. I've talked about this before but I spent a few years as a boundary umpire here in Brisbane, and there's nothing worse than seeing a clear high tackle, knowing the entire crowd saw it, and not having the power to make the call! If the extra umpire is added boundary side I think that will help a lot of those incidents that get missed.

With regards to Oliver, you’ve mentioned several times that ‘apparently’ he has a serious injury or you’ve heard rumours about this mystery injury without citing a source.

Yet the club is yet to say anything to that effect and Oliver does not look hampered when playing the pre-season matches.

In the future, please refrain from posting rumours and provide information with the source quoted.
