So, I have reversed my trades from earlier in the week - Walsh and Mitchell in for Touk and McKenna (need to keep McKenna with so many players being managed, etc.
With a full list on the field (Laird included), I have only one player listed as playing on the bench - JvR. I feel like I am approaching Rd 17 with no trades left, not Rd 7 with 22. I really don't know what to do.
Cowan - not made enough $
Wagner - why did I bring him into the side before he even had the opportunity to make $$ - Has to stay now, and hope he is the sub?
Touk - will be gone
Roberts - has to stay
Constable - same as everyone!
Moyle - why did I pick him - rookie mistake
Magor - was used to get Sheezel's score in Rd 1 - can't get rid of him now
6 rookies on field, plus Sheezel, and Laird...
So now I have no emergencies without wasting more trades and hope that these players come back. This game sucks! Why did I come back and play after giving it up all those years ago.

I’m a bit late to discuss this, but feeling like McKenna is due a spike score this week with no Joyce in the team.
Once Payne and Joyce were in the team, it seemed McKenna’s role of being loose lessened somewhat. I don’t know if Joyce found it difficult to run with his opponent, but it seemed like McKenna had to stick in the back 50 a lot more.
Last week however, I did notice McKenna was allowed to play a little bit further up and I wonder if they dropped Joyce for Lester in order to give McKenna that less accountable role in defence.
