Keays and Libba
vs
Gulden and LDU/Mills/other cheap mid
vs
Keays and Mills and 4 trades left

The other options leave me with 3 trades and no Matt Johnson covering the mid bench. I'm leaning option 3.

How many upgrades to go?

Slight preference for option 1 if your team is then complete.
Yeah this would complete the team

The trades are planned over two rounds so Humphrey to Keays this week and Fyfe upgraded next week/potential Johnson downgrade if I go for a big premo like Libba over Mills.

Libba v butters for final mid spot? Libba has the average and the draw but butters gets me Oliver if it turns out dunkley needs management on the calf

Both good picks but with the injury and suspension carnage this year I’d probably err against Butters due to injury risk. Has had a tough run with injuries before and plays such a kamikaze style that there is always a chance of another. So Libba for mine (who I also got this week)

Thanks @Chumpion and @Ironhawk. Agree libba is probably the safer play.

This is what I'm referring to re Oliver (although granted they've got the timeline wrong before):

Yep. If he is increasing his training loads next week, then playing the following week (as per the quote) suggests he misses one more to me.

Cripps vs Mills for the run home, who scores more?
Going to say Cripps, not likely to be moved to a poor spot on field as injury cover as Mills has been this year.
I'd go Mills. Even in his forgetable year this year he's still mainly going 90+ and 100+ other than via injury, whereas Cripps has a horrific run of form in the middle of the year.
Cripss mills vs walsh

Feels if you can walsh with richmond roomie downgrades is better than carlton cunningham and cripps.

Cripps form does make me nervous, maybe prefer it over Mills injury risk.
