McLean & Greene at F5/F6

Don't like it TBH. having a young KPF in a poor team at F6 is fraught with disaster, McLean is hit or miss at F5, Sturt is an unlikely starter. Why is Dunkley in the mids? Keeping Phillips on the bench over Greene? I have no confidence in Constable (who's on field) keeping his place, Cincotta might not play if Cowan gets a gig and either will be out sooner rather than later.

my last draft, im pretty happy with this team i like the balance. happy to take it into round 1. would love some feedback.

It's pretty much exactly the same team/structure I'm working through. What I don't like is Sturt and no Phillips which has been the stumbling block for me.

Worpel down to bruhn swap to the fwds. Cogs to the mid try to swap to kelly, then it looks alot like my team. 👍

The only way i can bring phillips onto the bench is if i bring ridley to McGrath. Im not sold on ridley anyway because how ive been burnt by him last year. I like mcgrath role of half back. Then i can swap sturt to phillips. Phillips had 17 disposals at 35% efficiency. Brings that to 60% i think he can ave 65 and make some good coin.

That's a strong team. Personally I would not change anything.

I have had worpel in and out but at the end of the day he scored 101 from 30 disposals. He has to get alot of the ball to score, clearly because of how many clangers he get per game. I still really like LDU had an average game against the dogs in a practice match and everyone is off him. But for me kelly is the pick of the bunch of the 500k players. Will be a top 8 mid at season end.

I actually don’t mind dunks in the mids to start given the number of forwards he wants to start.

I’m taking the proven premo first. T.Mitchell dropped to 53% CBA’s last year. Sam Mitchell knows he wasn’t part of their next premiership team.
I think he will be given that mid time he needs at Collingwood and do the clearance work in supporting Adams at the coalface.
Green 1 year too early for mine. Also not sure how he will handle a tag. Much prefer Josh Kelly and Cogs as the GWS sc premo scorers.

I doubt Green gets tagged over Kelly & Cogs - they are the more damaging ball users.
