Thanks @Connoisseur for posting the Rabada tweet, I’m happy I kept him over Bairstow after seeing that.

Curran and Rabada both scored 70 as my bench loops, so I will take one of them.

Maxy to Green looks a possible fail in that Maxy bowled more, and Green went low. I don’t rate Maxwell so much in this format though (he’s a superstar in BBL but less so in IPL) so I’m okay with that trade. Obviously won’t take Green as VC though.

Setup as below now, 166k cash.

Think what I've learned there is Curran still has so many ways to hack himself up to a score that he's just gotta be a keep. Slightly annoying but I think it's the right move.

That leaves Hardik as the only real keeper in the gun in my team and I'm very much expecting his role to improve next time out. They're also playing one of the weaker teams in SRH so I feel like there should be a correction.

One trade so far of Iyer to Omarzai. Trouble is finding a use for the other two. Per cricinfo preview (https://www.espncricinfo.com/series...-punjab-kings-6th-match-1422124/match-preview), may need to a look at bringing in Rahul to access the score from Bairstow (and bench Pant) and the same may go for Rabada.

Patidar could be traded but same as the above, he can be looped thanks to the dual position status of Russell and Narine.

Would likely leave Cummins and Hardik for Rahul and Marsh as trades.

Unfortunately held Patidar, so Cummins and Pandya may go if I wish to use all three trades. Rabada banked thanks to Narine and Russell. Green VC did not work out, so captaincy goes to Jadeja.

Stick to the old favourite theory (for the time being)

Rabada - > Kohli via DPP

Kolhi / Patidar
. / Bairstow

See how the 2 bench players score in tonight's game to determine other trades

Narine (BYE) + 2 MI (Kamboj & Sharma) 🍩's
+51 from that trade , missed opportunity not making Kohli VC though

1/121

Bairstow & Patidar both disappointing again

Trade 2 is Gill - > Omarzai via DPP (need some cash to play with)

Tonight :-

Jadeja (VC) , Ravindra
.
/ Omarzai

Now you probably don't trust me after convincing you to play a loop last round to only have it backfire! It is very hard with the unsocial hours of this comp, I am also making calls before seeing teams. Daylight saving will be over soon!

However, instead of just taking one of the two 70's, I would loop a second player off both benches then take the better combined bench score. It still only requires two donuts and you get an additional comparison of the second player on each bench to separate the two 70s.

That is kinda genius, never thought about doing something like that lol

Hehe - it’s okay, it’s not your fault I didn’t stay up, and you have some credits in the bank anyway :)

This is a good idea, thank you - I will have a look at the options.
