Oh my word, I didn't see this last night... but Gaikwad was dropped on 1 off Omarzai, and the catch was as much of a dolly as first slip ever gets... I feel less bad about having him on field now.
Much harder to figure out what to do with Jadeja though. Clearly still has the game to be involved in all three facets but how much opportunity?

I was quite surprised to read that Jadeja has only taken 30 wickets in 43 matches at the venue. I was then further surprised when I saw that 30/43 wasn’t that different to his domestic career average … which made me wonder where he gets all his points from, especially as he only averages about 10 runs per game!
I think he’s one of those guys who just accumulates from various sources, so he ends up with a decent floor and massive ceiling.
He may be less of a C option at home than I would have guessed though. Or maybe a VC rather than a C.

Jadeja has only faced 20 balls for 32 in 2 games. Both N/O really as the run out yesterday
was a throw away off the last ball.
Will always be reliant on how the top order go to what batting time he gets.

Rashid not great though. Got lucky with 2 wickets. 2/72 off 8 so far.

Lots of premiums in this game , can't really become attached to any player.
Just hope the short term gains outweigh the long term pain when they invariably come back and bite you on the bum , but that's the nature of fantasy cricket

Hopefully can remain flexible on the third trade.
Round 4 will probably look to bring in 2 LUC players (hopefully they load up the remaining fixtures soon) , will try and hold Bumrah , Hardik & Jaiswal.
Cash in Samson for profit fingers crossed.
Round 5 & 6 assess LUC , MUM (still doubts on SKY's return date) & RAJ

I don't believe there are any that are confirmed. Mumbai have a few $230k donuts but you'd want to be sure with the team they name. Helpfully, they were very competitive first time out, so I can't see that there would be a need to make a change.
Lucknow has a $230k AR (Arshin Kulkarni), they are obviously a guaranteed donut this round and I believe LSG will have a good looping draw as the season goes on.

Yeah that was brutally unlucky. I have to take some responsibility, I posted my team with him in it - I just happened to pick the only one of the four Mumbai $230k players that got a game! Luckily I was able to stay up and adjust, I know not everyone is in the same boat - especially as daylight savings hasn't ended yet down south!
