Well considering Caldwell missed most of that last quarter, it was a good quarter and a bit from him post half time.

Was looking forward to potentially fielding a full premo 22 next week (using pseudo premos atm), but looks as though I’ll have to wait that little bit longer.

Yet another week where Laird is the best midfielder for Adelaide up to 3qrt time, and then Nicks leaves him on the bench for the first 8 min and then puts him forward. And at the same time put their highest goal kicker exclusively in the middle. They clearly don't want to win games.

This aged pretty quickly, and badly!

Merrett ok. Not high enough for those to take the VC but still a solid score. Time for VC Green to shine. Caldwell went beast mode during the third and start of the final term but unfortunately got concussed. Shame as he was looking at a big one. At least I’ve got good cover for him next week.

was impressed particularly with his first half…can’t complain with a 71 from a rookie ….

The loss of Caldwell was huge & game turning - he was massive in the 3rd quarter, bombers were in control until he went off.
Perkins had zero impact when coming on as the sub, surprised he had so many CBAs when the game was on the line.

Hopefully the AFL doesn't fine him for this. They made it so players have to hand the footballs they give out to kids after games directly rather than throwing/passing/kicking them into the crowd, and those are much smaller.

It was about an hour before the game, I doubt there would have been any cameras on him.

I like the Green pick this week, big ceiling and needs to stand up with two first choice mids out, especially when theres pretty safe options to follow.
