Has anyone done some sort of analysis on how much cash a point is worth? ie I took Gilkes over Warner which was roughly 100k for 25 less points. Curious if there is any data where you’d say “yea that feels like a fair trade-off”.
Reckon they could tie ER into wickets somehow. Go for 20 or less and wickets are worth 20 points. 20-30 wickets are worth 15 points. 30-40 wickets are worth 10 points. 40+ wickets are worth 5 points.
3/245(Warner vc)
Good start with Warner vc and Johnson, Agar low but a lot would have.
Would be happy to have a good week and move up a bit here given I had 4 canes before this round so had to think a lot about adapting trades to make sure I'll have 11 scoring players.

Like a multiplier? Don’t mind that. I would prefer they halve wicket scores for above 12 per over, x0.8 for 10.01-11.99, 1x for 8.01-10, x1.25 for 6.01-8 and 1.5x for 6 and under.
Fickle game!! Played around with all sorts of Thunder combinations all day with Warner, Ferguson, DC, & Green. Already had Agar & Billings. Land on the worse possible combination. Got scared off by the forecasted rain and made stupid decisions
Need to come up with a plan so that I have some back up for the Stars vs Sixers game if the Agar manages, somehow, to turn Wednesday night around, assuming there is a game. May have to fade Marsh/Sutherland - have 8 players tomorrow night atm.
Last season, I had all the luck, this season, to the contrary, have had little. Well done to all those who got it right tonight

Green 12th man duty after the 1st game
Already had 3 Thunders and traded in Green & Ferguson tonight after much deliberation, liked the matchup for my 2 ins regardless of the inclement weather on the horizon for their 2nd game. Happy to have gotten off to a decent start and luckily landed on Ferguson with the VC, so I'll take that even if this round was to revert back to being a SGR (though may put pressure on my team being able to field 12 Curran/Jordan/Chaudhary).
This can apply in the complete other direction. What if it’s an absolute minefield and 30 runs is amazing? Can’t account for everything so unfortunately match situation kinda has to be ignored.
1/201 (more likely 4/201 considering weather)
Green 10 (VC)
Agar 24
Ferguson 86
Johnson 81
Fading Warner probably wasn't the best idea, though I'll take it considering he easily could've made another 30 odd runs if he didn't decide to try and reverse sweep a yorker...
Annoyed I didn't pick up DC either. Someone who I bloody love, but didn't commit too. Also had the VC on Ferg basically the whole day, but changed it with like 3 minutes until lockout.. to Green
Very very pleased with Johnson. Ever since I brought him (which was on the Heat double), never looked back on him. Very stiff to also go for 39 off his 4. Batsmen got a bit lucky with edges, but that's the game.
A very mixed night for me. Whilst I'm happy with the likes of Ferg and Johnson, Wes and Green really couldn't have played more poorly.
Another annoying thing is that I don't have any great C options for Stars vs Sixers. So I can't really wait to see out the weather on Wednesday. I've got Stoin and Philippe and whilst both are excellent players, not too sure if I'll C any of them.
Will likely go Connolly C for tomorrow night vs Gades.
I hate to inform you, but Agar on track to LOSE around $10+k, rather than generate cash.
Could lose double that if Wednesday's game gets started, IF he is selected!!!!

Welcome aboard.
That's a good enough start, and not having Warner is countered by having both Ferg and Johnson.
Just my 2 cents, I think waiting for Green's second score (if there is one), then if disatisfied plonking for Stoinis is possibly worth considering.
