It sounds like they will be releasing the schedule in 4 round blocks. A ruck donut may not work out well this season. No idea who will be playing early/late matches yet outside of Richmond v Collingwood as the first game on 11th June.

4 rd blocks, hmmm, so the rest of the season strategy is going to be different then before rd1 strategy, so surely SuperCoach will give us unlimited trades.
This years supercoach winner will either be very well deserved or just plain lucky. Trying to predict when various states will allow what and when is pure guesswork anyway, let alone predicting what the second block of rounds will look like. If we don't get unlimited trades for round 2 then I would say my season is done along with many others who had a poor first round. I would continue to give it my best shot and not ghost as it goes against my nature, however I can evisage if we only have 2 trades then we will see more ghost ships than the bermuda triangle.
I'm not a huge fan of unlimited trades unless we get that for every round - that could make things interesting. I think being able to use 6 trades out of the 30 you get for the season would be ideal, and would also add a bit of strategy as to how many you do end up using.
The issue is though, that Port have already played Gold Coast in round one. So will make for a very interesting fixturing. Not sure how they’ll do it. Would be an absolute nightmare to sort out I reckon.
