I’m seeing this from a fan perspective rather than an SC one. Nearly every man and his dog will pick him up the year after if he’s right to go.
Guess the silver lining is that his calf will have plenty of opportunity to be strengthened the next 9-12 months so hopefully won’t be a problem again.

I'm honestly just picturing the amount of pain you'd go through. I injured my rotator cuff very slightly a few years ago in an accident, and the pain was so bad it kept me up all night.
That was not fun, now imagine tearing it off the bone.....
