So still just the one tweet regarding delideo? Havnt seen any articles regarding him out indefinitely yet.
Would of been good if petracca played earlier in week so would of been able to have a look at his score before deciding whether to trade delideo this week or not yet.

I have found the following from the BigFooty Rich board. Keep in mind the poster is not a reputable source. It could be made up. But FWIW.

Inside word (I'm not naming names) has informed me that no decision has been made on Lids. He will continue to be assessed and if he's fit to play then he will play. No risks will be taken, if the niggle remains, he won't play.
This was posted after the Age article (http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-ne...ledio-for-rest-of-season-20160725-gqdi2h.html) and tweet came out.

Exciting first-year Carlton forward Charlie Curnow's season could be over with a medial ligament injury expected to sideline him for four to six weeks.

McKay also said Marc Murphy was one week away from being considered for selection.

Gary Ablett has chosen a different surgical path this time around – one the Suns skipper hopes will make his troublesome left shoulder stronger than ever. After consulting two specialists in Melbourne last week, Ablett decided on the invasive latarjet surgery, which he is undergoing on Wednesday.

Essentially Ablett will have a piece of bone and muscle removed from elsewhere in his shoulder and screwed to the front of the joint, acting as a block to stop it from dislocating again.
The procedure is initially quite painful, but Ablett is expected to be capable of resuming training again within three to four months, which will be early in the pre-season.

Naismith to surely ton up this week without Sinclair against a Dockers team with no Sandi. :D

There goes my so-called ruck cover for the season, cupboard really bare now!

Cannot seem to dodge injuries this year.

Gee... thank god that wasn't Naismith. You'd suspect Nankervis will come in for Sinclair
I had only heard second hand that Sinclair had been spending a lot of time forward, any possibility a tall forward or back (rather than Nankervis) might come in to replace him and leave Naismith as sole ruck ??

Is it just me, or has there been a significant drop in suspensions for SC-relevant players this year?

http://lions.com.au/news/2016-07-29/setback-for-skinner

After being named yesterday to make his debut for the Brisbane Lions this weekend, Sam Skinner has had an unfortunate setback.

The 19-year-old hyperextended his knee at training yesterday. The swelling this morning has not subsided and the Lions Medical Team have made the decision to rule Skinner out for the match.

An update will be provided on Skinner’s injury in the coming days.

Unfortunate news, but may see a Jansen come back in.
