I'm Liam (though known as Lenny by nickname)
15 years old, from Melbourne, Victoria.

I am probably the youngest on the site, but still love influencing and giving feedback etc.

I love sport. I play tennis, cricket and used to play football, but just love anything sport. Am also a huge supercoach fan, finished 755 in 2012.

Most people have said what books they read... I love a good biography and am currently reading the bio of the brilliant though controversy Brendan Fevola.
Welcome to the site and nice ranking in 2012.

I'm guessing Lenny and the 5 for Mitchell?

My name is Sam, I'm 16 years old from Melbourne, Victoria.

I love all sports, it doesn't matter which one. Cricket is my favorite, however also love AFL, tennis, football ect.

I play local cricket and aspire to one day play premier cricket.

I'm new to the site and love giving my feedback.
Howdy Sam, I play cricket too but only Big Bash competition :). Good look with your career aspiration!
Sup guys I'm Tom, 31 from south east melbourne.
I'm a chef that obviously loves his food and does a lot of traveling around the globe.
Love sport afl, tennis and a HUGE fan of formula 1.

obviously a collingwood fan as you can tell by my profile pic lol.
This will be my 3rd year of supercoach but my first year of actually taking it serious and not just in a league with the boys

With an absolute glamour ATM which I intend to pop the question to very soon,
She's a doggies fan but that's her only downfall
We go to the footy alot together and she no's every collingwood player by number now lol.
But the best thing is she gets medalian clubs tickets for edihad and members seats for mcg for just about any game through work. In short she's a keeper lol

Fav movie would have to snatch and can't stop watching homeland ATM
Big fan of afl live on ps3
Congrats with the soon to be Mrs. Tell her not to leave her employer until retirement.

I'd make it a condition on her accepting the ring. :p Those seats sound sweet!

Welcome aboard Julie.

Good luck with your PHD in SuperCoach. Like all postgraduate degrees, the PHD in SuperCoach can be frustrating and may include endless amounts of research, brainstormig exercise, but at the end it will be worth it.

Hey guys, I'm Joe
I've been playing SC for 6 or 7 years now, but only started getting addicted in 2010. I play footy for my local footy club. Love sport especially AFL, i am a one-eyed cats supporter. Don't mind a hit of golf or tennis in the summer. Been a huge fan of this website since it started reading all the articles but only made an account recently.

Only just realised this thread existed!

Hi all,

I'm a 30yo accountant from suburban Melbourne with addictions to travel & sport. Started playing Dream Team about 12 years ago (whenever it started online) & The Age's comp in the paper before that. Super Coach a bit more recently. Fantasy EPL my other long-term fantasy game, probably about 12-13 years :) I've spent a good amount of time doing SC/DT research in China, Europe & SE Asia in recent years, though back in Melb now.

Yet another Pies fan :) (hi to Global Chef, supergirl et al!) Also follow Liverpool in the EPL. Have played a ton of sport including indoor & outdoor soccer, baseball, table tennis and many more (& footy when younger).

Lord of the Rings etc & Wheel of Time would be my favourite books; love learning from a great tv documentary too.

Good luck to all for 2013 & beyond!

Welcome to the Forum Julie.

I'm actually studying Dicken's "A Christmas Carol" for English in my VCE this year. It's quite an interesting, but different book.

I am 49 years old and live in Geelong. I work in Melbourne for a property management company in Accounts Receivable. I own an MGB roadster 1972 model (bright orange)! I love fantasy AFL (supercoach and AFL dream team). Also love EPL (West Ham), NBA (Portland Trail Blazers) and NFL (Pittsburgh Steelers). Have been to USA (California twice) and in 1996 went on a month long tour of Europe. Monaco and London the highlights.
I was very relieved that Geelong won the flag in 2007 as my father was sick in hospital at the time and passed away shortly after.
Supercoach wise I normally finish top 5,000.

Hi Loboda,

Welcome to the Forum. I've heard that going around Europe, is one of the best things that you can do in life. I've put it on my list to go around Europe.

I'm a Cats fan as well! =D. Sorry to hear about the loss.

Hi, my name is Greg. I'm 43 and living in Bendigo. I'm in a relationship and have 3 sons and 2 step-children all ranging from 24 - 17.

I work in Melbourne as an e-learning developer, creating online courses and inductions for an international asset management and maintenance company. I commute between Bendigo and Melbourne (90mins each way) via train each day. It's a drag made much better when there are Supercoach results and trades to ponder mid-week.

I've never played a game of footy, but I have coached junior footy. I've played cricket all my life. Having my sons young has enabled me to play cricket in the same team as them - sharing centuries, milestones and premierships and a lot of fun. I coached junior cricket for a number of years. I played soccer as a kid and now coach junior soccer. I love coaching kids. I once played heaps of golf and got down to 7 handicap at one stage, but then the kid's sports took over. I'll dust the clubs off again one day.

I'm not a huge TV or book fan. During summer my passion is making improvements/reno's at home and curating the turf cricket wicket at my cricket club. During winter it's watching/coaching my kid's sports and cooking. Oh, and Supercoach!

Fav movies would be the Bourne trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Matrix trilogy . . . I guess I like trilogies. Fav TV shows would be MasterChef and any home improvement show.

I've never finished in the top 10,000 in Supercoach, so I aint no expert, but I really enjoy the analysis, discussions and respect shown in this forum.

Thanks Damoz.
Unfortunately Dad smoked 20 a day for 40 years. Back in his day they did not know the harmful effects of smoking. He suffered heart failure.
London is like going back in time. So much old architecture and the cabs are a throwback.
My record of going to Geelong Grand finals is 3 wins and 4 losses.
Hopefully can get it to 4 and 4 by the end of the 2013 season :) !!!!!!!

My record of Geelong grand finals is 2-0 (inc. a pre-season one). Unfortunately I'm a Collingwood fan, and obviously we lost both of those...

Hi all,

This was a thread I never noticed until now, been focused on Jay's articles too much!

I'm a 30 year old male living in outer eastern Melbourne and also coach of the Maroondah Meth-heads in the SCS Draft League. As for the team name, it's a play on the types I see around the main streets out this way, especially when I'm walking the dogs at night

My future wife and I bought our first house out this way about 18 months ago and we've been on a renovation journey ever since. We've done everything from jack hammering tiles to painting to building retaining walls. We've both learnt heaps and we're starting to get some time back to ourselves now that the to do list has shrunk a bit. It's been a great challenge and we're focusing on getting the garden right because it's overgrown with ivy and blackberry.

I work for one of the big 4 banks in the CBD as an analyst. Sounds like it could of been one of the 2 head offices that Jay worked in when he was in the area. Prior to this role I was in accounting, completed my Grad Dip in Chartered Accounting, got bored and made the move into the world of banking.

The 9-5 side of things never really excited me so I keep myself entertained with Supercoach (of course!), the sharemarket (I developed 2 trading systems 3 months ago), poker and will be getting back into the gym after been distracted with either house hunting or renovating for the past 2 years.

My favourite movies are comedies like A Night At The Roxbury and Moonstruck or movies such as Pay It Forward, Remember The Titans and Napoleon Dynamite. Don't really watch that much TV and the only series that I've really got into recently are Once Upon a Time, Person of Interest and less recently Heroes.

I read heaps since I've got an hour commute to and from work but my favourite types of books are ones on trading and I have recently branched out into sports stats books like Scorecasting. This came about after dabbling (and getting hooked!) on AFL betting last year.

Other than that, the Hawks are the only sports team I follow but I've started getting into NFL.
