Pending any dramatic team changes that opens up a gun cheapie, I’ll be trading Napa for Burns via a couple of DPP swaps. Undecided whether I want to use the 2nd trade for anyone as I either don’t quite have enough cash for upgrades or an waiting to see the form of certain players in round 2.

Was impressed with the base stats from Burns and hope he can pump out some solid 40+ totals the next couple weeks to see a big price rise. He scored 40 in base stats (28 for hitups and 12 tackles). For a centre I expect those tackles to be around 12-18 per match so even if he runs the ball 15 times he’s punching out between 27-33 points minimum per game (assuming all runs are below 8m which earn 1 point).

Is that because you have two trades in mind for the following week?

I do. Not sure which way I’ll go as of yet in terms of trading out, but I’m sure one of the ins will be Taumalolo. Adam Reynolds is also on my watch list as well after his performance the other day. Quite cheap despite the output he can give and definitely a good downgrade option for Tedesco if he bombs again (via Moylan DPP to fullback).

I’m pretty happy with my team though so if the guys who I’m giving another week to go well do so, I may only trade for the purposes of cash.

955 but pretty disappointed. Arrow didn't get his expected second stint and my sneaky POD Tapine had an absolute howler. Nobody else really on the chopping block though I may mull over Radley
if you need any help just sing out and I will point you in the right direction ?

did you see who won the Player of the Tournament in the PSL ? Watto Watto Watto

Have you joined our IPL RDT Fantasy League yet ?

Haha thanks Herbie, I think I do need some pointers.

I don't think I will play the PSL Fantasy this year, since I am already playing NRLF, NRLSC and now AFLSC. I just don't have the kind of time to be fiddling with so many fantasy teams (though that actually does sound like the dream to me, I should definitely quit my job to play MORE fantasy!), afraid my dance-card is officially full and I would only let the league down.

Will definitely be up for the IPL Fantasy in the off season, just annoys me not getting to watch the games

As if I wasn’t going bad enough, they took 12 points off me to leave me in 808.

Ranked a nice and healthy 78,580.

I have an idea for a new game ... the person who finishes the most number of positions ahead of their Round 1 rank wins!
I started 81000th last year and finished at 5.3k after topping out at 1.3k. There is no doubt in my mind that you can come back from this.

Simon sent dropped to reserves but can swing with Nicoll-Klokstad
Yeah Rapana came back earlier than expected but Simonsson wasn’t expected to play many games with other wing options at the club.

Some interesting options to be had this week but also some merit to keeping things the same and backing my players. This feels worse than bbl because you have a whole 3-4 days to mull things over rather than 12hrs between rounds.

I will just stick with my 17 from the first round and see how that pans out , and then wait to see if I need to do 2 correction trades.

Anything that needs addressing? I'm assuming it's like AFL SC and price changes don't occur for another week?

Prices change after Round 3 the same as AFL SC. Great line up and only concerns would be J Kahu, D Napa and V Radley. How much remaining salary do you have? An option for next round could be
Out: J Kahu and D Napa
In: B Burns and L Garner

Tedesco, Ponga and Radley/Holland may need fixing. I'd drop one for Burns this week so that you can do two trades next week.

Personally, I'd trade Ponga and swap away.
Thx mate. Anything that stands out for next week? Burr was one that somehow dropped out of my lineup so plan to grab him if he scores well again.
