I like Neale because of his ceiling then Gaff, Beams, Curnow.

Beams’ ability to go big makes him appealing but his inability to stay healthy makes him a no go for me.

Yeah minor fracture they’re saying. I wonder if he gets a few ‘tests’ on the field like the good old days or is that frowned upon these days lol

Probably trade Holman and I like Selwood or Oliver if those 3. Gun to head Oliver.

Oliver for me but pretty hard to split. Kelly’s groin is a small concern.
Especially if GWS are set to miss finals he may be rested if it's of concern later.

Is Oliver's scoring output being down due to Viney getting bulk clearances since entering the midfield?

Pick out of the following:
Heppell & (Beams vs Crouch vs Adams)?
Or
Neale and Shuey.
Sort of leaning towards the latter as I just need a decent 3-4 weeks from shuey then I could move him on for a better mid if/when he reaches 450ish. Thoughts?

Not a fan of the heppell pick. Beams is good value but very injury prone. Crouch with a minor crack in his hand... steer clear. Adams is probably the best of that group.

Neale is a gun and might do well over the next 5 weeks with Fyfe out. Shuey is excellent value if he maintains a 100+ average.

Definitely the 2nd option for me.

I’m tossing up between Kelly and Neale as Fyfe replacements. Essentially I just want the best available.

I’m thinking Kelly is a slightly better SC player, and that Neale won’t have Sandi hitting it down his throat near term (albeit he didn’t for most of 2016 either).

Would anyone have a strong view to the contrary?

Not sure why your fonts are appearing super small on my phone but after straining my eyes, I think Kelly edges it out slightly over Neale if you're comfortable that he's over the groin issue. Does Neale face any potential taggers in the next few? He is almost certainly to be the first tagged with Fyfe gone.

Second one for me but if you were willing to gamble and had the cash/injury trades Crouch and Beams could potentially net you quite a few more points.

Odd one about the font, curious to know what happened there.

I initially liked Neale but hadn’t considered the Sandi factor and the tag to a lesser extent. Kelly is a prettty safe option with much less variance...the groin is a small concern but then again everyone seems to have some kind of niggle at this stage of the year.

Yeah I strongly prefer Kelly to Neale.

Fyfe to Cripps, Richards D6 (1 trade left)
vs
Fyfe to cheaper mid than Cripps, Richards D6 (1 trade left, bit of extra cash)
vs
Fyfe to Crouch/Pendles, Richards to Laird/Crisp (0 trades left)
vs
Hold Fyfe, Richards to Hurley (1 trade left)
vs
No trades (2 trades left)

I don’t really feel like Richards to Hurley is a worthwhile upgrade tbh.

Increased font size to default in Darkie's post so others won't have to go through the same experience and maybe...just maybe...he'll get more replies now that it's in full view for others.

So annoying. I missed too - work and kids. Now I've got Heeney locked in and missed Selwood. Hate Thursday games.

Cheers guys. I cant match up Crouch and Beams due to $$ I can only go Heppell and one of them. But i think im leaning towards the Neale/Shuey combo to, at worst he will surely make his way to 450k right?
Also any recommendations except for another mid over neale? Bont/Gaff/Higgo/Merret?

My initial thought is to concur with Tamuhawk on the provision that you have cover for Fyfe.

I don't believe overall ambition is your primary focus now (sorry) so I would guard those precious two remaining trades until such a time when you absolutely need to use them, either to win an important league match to guarantee finals (depending on how you're tracking for finals) or for that inevitable killer trade during SC finals!
