me too, maybe his indiscretion put clubs off, maybe he wasn't focused 100% on his rehab as well.

Some clubs don't have anything else to spend their money on. List full of young players, only 1 real star, maybe a few others. Front end a contract to win the player. Last year it was Polec at North.

They were saying on sen1116 that Martin's probably on $600k a year with GC, so a 1st year front loaded contract for a million isn't too bad. But I did read a few weeks ago that the afl had stated the offer should be averaged out over the term of the contract.
