Ben Davis will make his AFL debut on Friday after three years on Adelaide's list
Related
ADELAIDE forward Ben Davis will make his AFL debut in Friday night's blockbuster against ladder leader Geelong at GMHBA Stadium.
The 22-year-old has been on the Crows' list for the past three years, and will play a similar role to injured forward Tom Lynch, who will miss a third straight game with a calf injury.
FULL INJURY LIST Who's ruled out and who's a test?
Davis has averaged 16.7 disposals per game in 10 games in the Crows' SANFL side this season, while he's also kicked seven goals.
He was the 75th overall pick in the 2016 NAB AFL Draft.
Bryce Gibbs will make his return to the senior side after being dropped following Adelaide's round 11 win over Melbourne, while Cam Ellis-Yolmen will miss the match after injuring his shin at training.
More to come

Has anyone figured out for me how the heck I am going to get to Marvel Stadium and sitting in my seat in time for the 7:20 bounce???

7:50 would have been better for me, just that little bit better turnaround time to get there, and it's all about me of course, lol! And I don't care about the kids late night, school tomorrow arguement, it's the last day of term, they get out at lunch time, plus the teachers take it easy as anyone would a day before a break!
Will start Philzsay watch in the second quarter then.

One win against Geelong and Port think they are in a comfortable enough position to leave a fit Rockliff out of the team. Bugger me.
who do you drop for him then ?

is Rockliff 100% fit ?

he himself said he was hoping to return this week.

Hinkley was pretty clear Saturday night that they prefer to bring back injured players through the SANFL , to make sure they get it right.

one minute Gaskin reports Houston unlikely , next minute he is playing.

do they even attend training ? or talk to the club ?
Yeah it was an hour earlier, he must have stayed for the whole session, then got confirmation from Ken. Confusing.

You'd bring him in before Drew. And he's missed 3 games. Does a player like him really need a SANFL match to get his touch back? If he isn't 100% fit then fair enough him missing, but playing him in the SANFL if he's right to go seems like a waste.

rewarding SANFL form has been there motto all season , Drew has been 25-30 disposals the last few weeks so probably deserves another shot.

Might be more than happy with Boak & Gray in the mids with Houston , so perhaps erring on the cautionary side.

Really hoping that Dylan Clarke tags Josh Kelly tonight, might be the only chance I get to sideways trade somebody to him for the last 6 or 7 games.
Was hoping this too. Might need to cash ROB in early (next round) should he get close to his BE again to make ownership a reality.

A 120 this week means he comes down 13K and then a BE of around 140 so potential for him to leak 25-30K the next two weeks if we can hang in.
