Given how weak our forward benches are, is worth considering getting a M/F in the mid field 2c.

If I was going to use one trade this week, I can go Hore out, swing Answerth to defence where Logue will be D8 temporarily and trade in my M8 to complete. I have $562,400 to play with. Any suggestions? Options look like Merrett (who I've never had in my team ever), Gaff, Treloar, M Crouch or even Tim Kelly (who may be an option to eventually swing forward to replace maybe Jezza, who would be traded out for J Kelly to complete mids if funds and trades allow) Rowsus idea to import T Kelly to mids, then swing forward to replace Jezza for J Kelly in mids when I asked him for help last week.

Do we think if Whitfield plays next round Hately is back out, does that change your decision?

Probably keep it simple.. Duursma & Hore > Luke Ryan & Logue.. leaves with 300k and 6 Trades.. only Logue/Naish to upgrade and possible a couple of corrections if needed..

Who are your current mids and forwards ?

You may find a forward at that price who could outscore a mid ?

Hore to a premium mid by moving Answerth back to defence. Run Logue/Naish at D6 until their price increases and a bargain appears.

Are you willing to have a look at Hanneberry in his 2nd game back ? If viable that could give you a extra $ 235k to then use to upgrade Young at F7 when you can downgrade Clarke/Bewley to a cheap playing F/M eg Owies , Hill etc

Are you willing to have a look at Hanneberry in his 2nd game back ? If viable that could give you a extra $ 235k to then use to upgrade Young at F7 when you can downgrade Clarke/Bewley to a cheap playing F/M eg Owies , Hill etc

I really haven't taken Hanners seriously, I think I need a proven reliable trade in for M8. Will be interesting how Hanners goes the next couple weeks though, cheers mate.

no probs , looked to be moving well when I was watching him , hopefully he pulled up ok

you would hope they put some solid training into him + 2 VFL games

I guess it depends on what you hope to achieve in the final 9 rounds.

I only really play for ranking and if I win league match ups then that's good. I feel I need to fill that M8 spot quickly for more points on field.
