No Hogan, I see him forward maybe for some time in the game. His heatmap doesnt suggest it last weekend, however, whenever Hogan out or injury in fwd line, he has had poor scores it seems.
Interesting about Hogan ... Mundy, Walters and Fyfe are bonifide M/F options and they can bring back Cam McCarthy as a temporary KPP ... also have Blakey who could push into the midfield ....

- will be interesting to see how they role with finals definitely still on the line ....

Can anybody offer any insights on Logue? I see he played 13 games at 43 in 2017. Is there any reason to be confident he could go low 90s or better this year?

Personally I dont see his current scoring as sustainable. As I mentioned in another thread I think he has come back a 'smarter' football. Previously there were some knocks on his understanding of the game and how he read the ball/positioned himself. I think he's more confident now and playing a friendlier SC role...think he probably settles somewhere in the high 60s, at a push low 70s by seasons ends...there will be the odd 40-50 score in there I reckon...but overall he'll make some good money/provide okay cover. I don't think he'll be a reliable D6 though

Only the Duursma trade is a full upgrade in my view, the other two are semi upgrades. I'd get Duursma off the ground first if that's the tradeoff. Smith could score a bit better again if Milera misses.

I think he will effect Luke Ryan's scoring as well. I disagree on him not being a reliable D6 in the interim, his intercepting and marking after 2 games is elite, took a ripper contested one handed mark that ended up being disallowed due to Hamling or Ryan giving away a free kick in the last qtr in their defensive 50. He reads the play well and gets to the right places. Honestly his only knock is his kicking, but if you watch him closely when he has the ball he is looking to dish it off to someone running past which is a good sign for his scoring as he's less likely to turn it over.

Luke Ryans intercept possessions have fallen away with Logue present.

Tend to agree .. Hore and Logue to me score the same way ... intercept marks, the odd possession or no score ... Hore had a couple of clangers last week though which show cased the downside IMO ..

Agree .. so many defenders relying on intercept marks to score well ... but by geez they do when they take em .... starting to look beyond the "cloud" as I still need 3 more and don't want to chase points as teams adjust ..

BOG..by a mile Saturday night cant see Ryder coming back in for a while if at all.
Apparently Lycett got a rocket from Kenny b4 Saturday night that if he did not extract his digit , he would be playing SANFL as well as Ryder.

Be interesting to see if he continues to play with that intensity.

Absolutely, i think Lycett could be a handy F6 if he continues to ruck solo.,provides ruck coverage if you have Bines at R3
Seriously considering this... Was always planning Boak or Marshall at F6 this week. But its tempting to go Lycett for the extra coverage in case Grundy/Gawn have a week or 2 off.

BUT if he doesn't continue to ruck solo it would be an epic fail lol

Yeah I remember that too! Could’ve pushed 110 if that had counted.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he continued this sort of form as he has been very very impressive when watching him live. Even if he doesn’t, he looks like he’ll be very valuable bench cover.

Things could change if he comes back down to earth next round but at the moment it seems like running him D6 seems like a reasonable move

Any reason why Mundy's scoring has dropped off in the past 3 - 5 weeks? Bargain basement price this week. Still getting plenty of centre bounce attendances. Probably him vs. Lycett vs. Gray if Begley doesn't put up 75+ on Thursday night.

Certainly worked if that is the case, played a ripper of a game. Seriously thinking of pulling the trigger for my F6 this week.

Harris Andrews & R.Young - Out

Logue & T.Lynch (Tigers) - In

Leaves me with enough cash to go Reilley O'Brien up to Gawn next week & hopefully enough trades (2) to last the rest of the year out. Leaves me with Sam Menegola at F7/M9.

Tigers have Saints & Suns the next two weeks so hoping that Tom Lynch can kickstart his year with a few decent scores & be that cover for me while Menegola gets himself right.

Faced something like this last week, with little forward cover, traded Stack, moved Danger to mids bought Marshall. Gray is risk I brought in Sidebottom last week as a risk. Is coaches call, you. Going nicely.
Don't mind the move of Danger into the mids at all. Lots to ponder...
