i have an alternative - humour me

Dunkley ==> Westhoff
Andrews ==> Whitfield

will the net result be better, plus the intangible of having Westhoff for Ruck Coverage??

leaves me 1 trade and full coverage.

This will be the last week I can move Crisp to Whitfield and Gray to Boak in 2 trades, would leave me with 1 trade and $700.

Trading has just finished, I feel a weight lifted from my shoulders!
My teams future is now in the hands of the super-coach gods.
One final request... Can I please "Lock-In" my projected score of 2679 Eddie?
QUOTE]
Like it TB, but where do they get these projections from? In my cash league they have projected by 6 PODs for a total of 662 but their total average for the year is 589 and 3 rd average is 628:unsure: - got my hopes up until I did the maths

Logue to whitfield

Vs

Kelly to cunnington
Logue to whitfield

Vs

Kelly to fyfe
Logue to birchal
You could watch the first quarter of the essendon match before pulling the trigger at the start of the GWS match... At 4th, I'd aim to build your team with option a) ... as you could end up playing next week anyway.

Getting a bit impatient on holding my remaining trades as I initially planned to get Menegola, hold Setterfield if multiple injuries occur and ideally would like a fwd/mid to push the Hoff to the bench. Young and Gardner will not be traded with Setterfield potentially in that same basket (unsure) and I'd appreciate suggestions involving only bench players to facilitate the trades.

Potential options are:
A. Out: G Logue, D Clarke, In: I Hill (creates dpp link with Setterfield), L Whitfield (push H Andrews to D7) but Hoff left at F6
B. Out: D Clarke, W Setterfield, In: R Marshall, D Langlands
C. Out: D Clarke, J Hately, In: J Billings, D Langlands
D. Out: D Clarke, In: D Langlands and wait for Dunkley next week if funds permit via Setterfield.
I'm with @Juzzo on this one... namely because Clarke is scoring well.. Clarke's BE is still good. Unless it's an elimination final and you don't match up well...

Going Howe as well now because Darcy Moore is listed as 3-4 and unlikely to return before finals.
Yeah, I think he has prospects as reasonable as many in the higher bracket as it stands. And I think many aren’t clear on Moore’s own mention of being out another 3-4 weeks, which clears the runway for Howe a bit.
Another one I thought about (alongside all the others already mentioned) is Connor Blakely.
Ryan is out, Wilson also probably 1-2, he might get a genuine short-term bump.
Logue definitely won’t be taking kick-ins, far too shaky by foot.
Good luck mate (y)

How about just the 1 trade and if so would you trade Hately or Clarke?
If it's just a downgrade you don't really want to have to be playing the recruit or DC or JH. I'd therefore wait for the potential price increase in Clarke and Hately. That said, get the $ from Clarke if absolutley needed, but otherwise trade Hately in heartbeat. The material difference in JS is worth something...

Thinking no trades, despite having Ryan, Kelly and Lycett. Hoping Kelly and Lycett are back next week, and I can work out what to do then. 1 trade left...

I reckon Lycett comes back next week. Sounds to me like he was dropped due to a combination of form and injury, but that he was right to play if needed. Strange decision to drop him, even though his hitouts were way down he was impacting the contest a lot at ground level around stoppages and port have been winning the clearances. Ryder is the better tap ruckman but isn't as mobile around the ground.

1 trade left. 600 bucks left.
Jezza out means donut.
Options as I see it:
a. take my medicine with an NT Thunder glazed/chocolate/sprinkled donut.
b. Ryan to Westhoff via Gardner.
c. Ryan to Silvagni via Gardner.
