I would have thought that might be on the cards anyway with Cotch and Stack both missing?
Reckon Caddey and McIntosh will be our ins with those outs, maybe even a Eggmollese-Smith too. Like Naish’s chances of a recall better if Houli doesn’t get up for this week.

Chol remaining in, means Lobb to the bench, save a trade, just in case Melbourne spring a surprise. ?

Setterfield -> The Bont, one trade and $13k left ? team complete!

Still running one rookie onfield as Luke Ryan is stuck on my defensive bench now with a bung hamstring ?

To all you Carlton fans...who will Ed Curnow likely tag this week? Gaff or Yeo? lol
I'd say whoever plays in the middle. I'm not sure if Gaff has been playing on a wing. I can't see tagger on tagger so Gaff if he's in the middle or Shuey. Yeo or if Hutchings gets a game to go to Cripps.

Trading has just finished, I feel a weight lifted from my shoulders!
My teams future is now in the hands of the super-coach gods.
One final request... Can I please "Lock-In" my projected score of 2679 Eddie?

Reckon he may go to Shuey
Most vulnerable to a tag out of the three for sure imo.

Gaff just runs taggers off their legs and Yeo is similar albeit with a more offensive game and a bigger body who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty if he's not getting a heap of the ball (and can just be moved to half back or wing for similar impact on the game).

3 Trades $14k

A) Clarke to FD , Logue to def under $495 - Laird, Houli, Stewart
Would give me a FD and Duursma/Andrews/Hartlett rotating at F5/F6/F7. and I can swing Answerth to mids as dpp.
Or
B) OBaker to def FD via Answerth and Andrews to Whitfield
Would mean I have Hartlett and Duursma at F5/F6 Logue as F7 and Ainswerth via dpp as back up

Any thought greatly appreciated
Finished 4th in league - opponent has Whitfield

This Lycett out has really messed with my plans!

Was planning on going: ROB + Hately -> Gawn + Langlands, leaving me full premo with 3 trades left. Am now tossing up between the following:

a) ROB + Lycett -> Gawn + Mundy
Would unfortunately mean i have Mundy in my team to finish the year (30k short of Daniel + Greene isn't ideal!)
or
b) ROB + Burgess -> Gawn + Langlands
Would mean Langlands on field this week, and either hope Lycett back next week or sideways him then, using another trade and having 2 for injury cover.

Hmm, if Gawn isn't a late change I might go O Baker to Langlands as F/M swing backup, and a cash grab. Would leave me 2 trades and 210K.

Getting a bit impatient on holding my remaining trades as I initially planned to get Menegola, hold Setterfield if multiple injuries occur and ideally would like a fwd/mid to push the Hoff to the bench. Young and Gardner will not be traded with Setterfield potentially in that same basket (unsure) and I'd appreciate suggestions involving only bench players to facilitate the trades.

Potential options are:
A. Out: G Logue, D Clarke, In: I Hill (creates dpp link with Setterfield), L Whitfield (push H Andrews to D7) but Hoff left at F6
B. Out: D Clarke, W Setterfield, In: R Marshall, D Langlands
C. Out: D Clarke, J Hately, In: J Billings, D Langlands
D. Out: D Clarke, In: D Langlands and wait for Dunkley next week if funds permit via Setterfield.

thinking of trading Chol to Westhoff and Logue to Langlands via DPP.

will leave me coverage on every line with Bines the link for Westhoff to cover Gawn/Grundy.

1 trade left after this, team done! Westhoff will be F7/R3 and can be loopholed in the FWDS.

any objections??

I think I would hold this week Conn.
