Strategy Round 7: Trades

Tossing up between Taylor -> Rankine and Starcevich -> McPherson.
Will be holding Ceglar (not a bad thing he misses against Gawn this week), hoping that his schedule will lighten up, and be a very nice POD, hopefully finishing as an F7/R3. Is Rankine really a must have? Feel like teams will view him as threat, and lock him down?

T Brown -> Simpson
Starcevich -> Day
Spent this afternoon 2nd and 3rd guessing the second trade, considering dropping Ceglar and also McInerney, but I stuck to my plan. Expect to add Neale, B. Smith and Parker as my next 3 trades. Also strongly suspect there will be carnage that will ruin that plan.

Mcinereny > Rankine
Everyone can have reason for Simpson/Rankine not to do well, how many rookies have posted +110 this year. May look at Mcpherson/Day next week.
Will hold Ceglar/Fyfe for now, may trade one next week.
Think Ceglar could do better from here, maybe ave 80. Has Goldy, Gawn, Grundy and Mumford behind him, that has to be positive.
Fyfe worry is how long out (2-3 weeks) and does he play forward.
Tossed up Brander however def rookies hard to get and think he may still be injured. Expect McInereny gets a game sometime however with Rowbottom going to the mids, potentially Sam Gray in front of him and Lewis Taylor also not getting a game, time to move him on.
Budarick considered (out) however he is is getting a game, Noble played so he was saved.

I have trades planned ahead for the next few weeks, but expect they will have to change with injuries/non-selection etc, as has been the case every other week this season. Should still be able to get to a reasonable side if I don't have to change them, but I'm confident there's more pain to come.

Sorry, only just saw this.
What about some DPP action if you have cover in the forwards and trade long, move Brander fwd and trade in a keeper defender this week?
I also don't think we can be too picky this season with our final teams in a reduced round/scoring season. I don't have an issue with Doedee at D6 tbh. He may even be D4 for me seeing how badly I'm going LOL
