Haven't really paid enough attention to this comp until Eliminator kicked off. Castro got me through round 2 so starting to take a bit more notice now, is rolling lockout a thing for Thursday night games?

Ouch, I had a good week last week thanks to Castro and Theo, although I did trade out Taggart... Matched up against the 707th side from last week

Anyone heard if Calver is starting this week? Saw he is back in the squad but so difficult to find out information about anything a-league !

Just need Berisha and Troisi to stay within 21 points of Rojas (c) & Hoole to stay alive in the eliminator so not all bad news..

lol mate, thought it was 5 points not 5 goals!

I was thinking to myself, gee you must be going well if he had Castro as skipper and you're still a chance of winning.

Yeah i should really read my posts beforw i put them ip. I meant to put five goals in the first post. Can now understand why the confusion. Dont think ill bother with this comp next season as the lack of a rolling lockout teally frustrates me. Plus the fact i think im spreading myself a bit thin.

I actually don't mind the no rolling lockout as it means i spend far less time on it but i agree, it does spread you a bit thin at this stage of the year.

It's a good way to get your fantasy fix in between seasons though..and if you're in contention like a couple here are i bet they don't regret signing up haha

So true Mike...Outside probably BBL and SC, I treat these other competitions to keep the fantasy juices flowing during the off-season.

In a way, I prefer the lock-out because it forces me to spend less time than I otherwise would have...which is a GOOD thing.

How we all going in the eliminator?
I've scraped through after looking nowhere near it all weekend thanks to Berisha and Troisi in the final game

Trying to decide on a 3rd forward to bring in; Fornaroli looks good value but has to play Sydney twice in the run home, Keogh looks tempting, Rojas price drop makes him appealing but having the 3 Victory forwards too much.. Too many questions without answers

Donache, Marinez & Finkler non-appearance plus Maclaran blank as my captain is going to leave me agonisingly short in my Eliminator!
