It was never intended to cover 2 rounds.
The only time this was a thing was at the World Champs when the 3rd round was still running when the 4th round started.
Otherwise it's just a day by day, or round block (like today QF through to Final) process as it has been since the competition started.
I just thought locking the blues in from the off would be easier. Given it created confusion it wasn't. And given I'm not confused as I'm running the competition, if I can save confusing you guys then it's a bit more obvious to just do that

I'm trying to get my head around the best way to do things. The aim is to be consistent, and I think we are really close to being on a finished product that basically runs like clockwork.
It's pretty plain to see on my end that it didn't work the way I did it on day 1, not a biggie, we got all the teams locked in. Even better should be seeing diversity if you want to try to catch up, which is another bonus to just introducing groups as they enter.

MASTERS DAY 3
Chris Dobey gets his first TV title with 11-7 Masters victory over Rob Cross. Interestingly nobody held Dobey for the entire event. @Professor being the only player to select Dobey for the final day, ensuring he finishes event 1 on top of the ladder. @THCLT sits in 2nd and @blue dreamer 3rd.
We await the announcement of the Premier League field tomorrow before the event starts on Friday morning.

Good to see Dobey win it. Certainly adds some weight to his Premier League inclusion.
Rarely does picking a more standard team on the final day come up trumps. I note that @Jay Sea was the most successful at this sort of route on the final day. He rose from 3 points to 6 on the final day.
I obviously had my back to the wall, and was only a captain choice from gaining a similar rise.
The way its set up now has everyone in with a chance on the final day. And in these sort of field sizes, with majority of the players being able to win on their day, it's exciting times ahead. It should see more variable in selection as risking it seems to pay off.

Been meaning to say it for a while, but I like the theme you went with for most of the player pics on the entry form. It always reminds me a bit of how a lot of phone game icons a few years back were ripping off the Clash of Clans icon, which was very popular at the time (the icon is still pretty similar):
It was a definite theme to show a headshot of a character from the game with their mouth open, probably at least 20% of the top games had a similar style icon. Just checked and there's still quite a few others like it now (from the current top 80 or so games on Android, there's Coin Master, Top War, Lords Mobile along with a few others that aren't far off).
