Interesting round of results but I think it looks like the ladder order stays the same. CDLC with the minor premiership!

Feels like it could be anyone’s game with matchups / injuries / selections very much influencing weekly results

THE OCHO: A TRUE UNDERDOG STORY

Had a rough season? Think that wrenching pain is over? Heck no.

Once again not making the finals means more humilation and embrassment lies ahead...............I mean, glory came still be yours during the next four weeks, as non finalists raise the spirits of the night series and it's gods, as they compete for the THE OCHO trophy.

As non finalists, they've all had to endure plenty of spanners in the works. But if you can dodge a spanner in the next four weeks then you can have ULTIMATE GLORY, of a kind, winning THE OCHO.

Each non finalist will field a team comprising:
2 Defenders
3 Mids
1 Ruck
2 Forwards
with a Captain* chosen each week.

There is no head to head. Total Points will be the decider.

Who will be the true underdog story of the season?

THE OCHO

* Your Captain can not be predicted to score more than 100
# Select an emergency for each position (no dpp allowed)

Lol there was only 1 of my 8 fielded players ruled out as a captain option with a predicted score over 100!

Huge effort by your boys this week.. glad I scraped over the line and didn't have to face you just yet.
Congrats! It was a close game and unfortunately the rest of my side couldn’t make up for the Ridley injury score (caused by other SCSUL player Heppell….)

At least the show lives on for one more game but it looks like Darkie’s mob are proving to be a serious premiership challenger from 5th place!

Was tight indeed, when pendles got subbed out at 3/4 time I thought I was done. Got a little lucky Bont didn't play a blinder, otherwise I think you would have got me.

Captain Bont has gone bang in a crucial elimination final to make things interesting! All the best of luck - Rangers holding on for one last hurrah before a full rebuild.
I ran the numbers earlier and you have already shot to favouritism! Hopefully my boys are motivated by underdog status … they are not used to being front runners 🙂
