Representing the second largest city on the planet Gallifrey, the Arcadia Timelords hope to emulate what teams in similar situations have done In other leagues before them. The mights of Geelong, Fremantle, Port Adelaide, Gold Coast and GWS have amassed 10 premierships between them, and the Timelords are looking to continue that premiership domination tradition.
Arcadia’s home ground, The Tardis, incorporates the latest time and relative dimension technology. At first glance, it looks like a rusty turnstile, but once you pass through, you enter a state of the art stadium that can increase or reduce in size, depending on the number of spectators inside. Every seat is always filled - be there 100 or 100,000 spectators - meaning that teams always experience the excitement of performing in front of a capacity crowd.
The jumper design is based on our most famous Timelords, the Fourth Doctor’s scarf. A giant scarf is waved feverishly by team mascot Little Tom after each win in honour of one of the planets most idolised citizens.
Despite rumour of diabolical management in the establishment of the team, they will prove to be a formidable force!
