The only consolation I have for trading JZ and sheez is that my round 15 is still shaky. That being said it sucks watching him get every single kick-in the week I get rid of him
I'm not too upset about it, we originally grabbed Ziebell as a midpricer and he wound the clock back and became a premo again.

No matter what happens, 172 BE at $512K, he did his job.

Very nice selection, well played! Why’d ya do it? Still TT Hopper and Prestia ahead on CBAs…team sheet listed Mid from R7 onwards…albeit he was getting a good share by that point…
Why?
These aren't the compelling reasons of a great SC'er, but ......
He was down about 15 points on last years average, but had a very low BE.
He showed in patches (twice) last season, he was capable of averaging well over a period. (3/114 then later 6/106)
He was a POD.

Thank you all for the help…….So I have Marshall and Briggs as R1 and R2. I think I’ll take Bont’s VC score but feel Briggs could still end up in my top 18. So if I bench Briggs with the E (bring madden in as my R2 captain), would Briggs’s score supersede a lower score in my top 18 that is fielded e.g say Briggs scores more then Gulden, who is on the ground, would Briggs’s score count instead of Gulden’s. Thanks so much
So for anyone needing a pick me up…….., mr diligent here, did everything right, taped into the knowledge pool of you great people, confirmed my cunning plan to be executable …….and I forgot to put the E on Briggs…….

Trial by media there. :(

If he's out (he shouldn't be in my opinion, but I don't have thousands of people reading what I say, the people making the decision won't read this anyway), possibly trade to Oliver, assuming he is back. I guess we'd be looking at getting him back in the team at some point.
Yes, i agree, its a farce he was even mentioned. Ever time a player makes a hard tackle the muppets behing the microphone start the discussion on how many weeks. Its beyond a joke.

Its a contact sport.

This is going to be a very high scoring round...

Currently 17/1946 (Laird)

Gulden is still my lowest score
Hoping this remains the same for me as well.

17/1956 Dunkley

Walsh, Merrett and Cincotta tonight, JVR and Daicos tomorrow. Hoping that they can all increase my total somewhat and get me close to that 2150 projection.

Merrett, Walsh and Daicos still to come, as well as Cincotta and JVR who will need at least 80 to be relevant.
I've got Gulden 62, Lloyd 74, Green 77 potentially dropping off if Cincotta can score 78....hilarious

HAWTHORN skipper James Sicily and Richmond's Rhyan Mansell have both been sent straight to the Tribunal and are looking at bans of at least three weeks each for incidents on Saturday.

Sicily slung Brisbane's Hugh McCluggage in a tackle that left the Lions midfielder concussed during the last quarter of the Hawks' shock 25-point win over the Lions on Saturday.

The Hawks skipper was only just returning from a suspension for a bump on young St Kilda forward Anthony Caminiti.

Is Mansell in trouble for this bump on Aish?
James Aish comes from the field after a heavy collision with Rhyan Mansell
Published 20 hrs ago
Aish took possession of the ball on the wing before he and Mansell collided a split second later. Aish was awarded a free kick but appeared dazed and left the ground in the hands of medical staff.

The Dockers confirmed that the in-form wingman suffered a concussion in the collision and will miss their round 14 clash with Greater Western Sydney.

Both incidents were graded careless, severe impact and high contact and have been sent direct to the Tribunal, with the pair facing a minimum of three weeks each on the sidelines.

More to come ...
