Is Bailey Dale under valued? Have not seen or heard his name on this to date. Exceptional kick.

Doesn't have the mortgage on the kick-ins / easy link-ups he once did (Ed Richards and co. more prominent) and got tagged a couple of times.
Am a bit jaded having suffered through his output, personally think there are better options.

Nice list, Duursma, Roberts, Warner, Macrae and Mannagh might be worth adding as well
Seems like it might be a decent rookie crop this year.

What I don’t understand from AFL pov is giving round 0 teams an extra bye. Seems like quite a big advantage for only starting season 1 week earlier. Maybe the wrong thread for that!

It is quite an advantage for the round zero playing teams, especially for the ones who get it in round 3, 5 and 6, then at least they'll have had a chance to get a few niggles or whatever, develop some fatigue. The two who have the round 2 bye not so much.
Then they get another rest from round 12 to 15.
Hopefully this year's fixtures are just an anomaly because it's nutty and I hate all the extra stuff we're being forced to think about this year, Fantasy Footy is supposed to be fun, not stressful.

Yeah, but the rnd 0 scores will count towards BE's and those teams that play rnd 0 will have byes in rnds 2-3-5-6

This is horrible. And optimisable. Oh well. Here's to the most skewed season of SC in history. 🍺

Been playing around with a few different set ups and keep coming back to this one!
Early days but I think this will be very close to my starting side (rookies subject to change) come round one.
Gawn and Grundy could be the top two rucks come seasons end and should likely be top 5!
Starting them allows me to have a starting team of 13 premiums which I’m really happy with!
Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts!

Nice structure.

Only Question is Flanders over Touk With how the byes are set up, i think we can only run one for the early rounds, For me i think Touk has a better scoring potential, but then who slots into F2.

Pre-Season will decide.

Z Williams and Lynch both are cheap

Still don't understand why they don't just start opening Round (Best of X) then have unlimited trades to reset for Round 1 , oh well not my decision to make

I'd say it's because software changes take time to implement and test, and their employees are on leave over the xmas break. They'd only have a month or so to put something together - and rushed software is buggy software - so they just went with the the path of least resistance and ignored Round 0.

Above my skillset but was thinking maybe something similar to the Trade Boost function but just have it available for Round 1 (ability to use 30 trades if a coach wanted too, once they close the round disable the function)

We have unlimited trades for rnd 1 with a rolling lockout.

yes I understand that because that is when the SC season starts

don't understand why they didn't just start for Opening Round (when the AFL season starts) then given us unlimited trades before resetting for Round 1
