I pick my captains option first so started with AD and then traded him to Jokic
- rest of the team is full of value options ...

Same as @Tails, had Giannis as captain last week and traded him to Jokic this week.

I'm starting basically 4 rookies this week with Scoot, Daniels, Braun and Hawkins. Also cost cut with the likes of Banchero, Cunningham and Tatum to pay for the premium on those rookies.

"Upgraded" Johnson to Sabonis also which is why I'm starting the extra rookie in Hawkins.

Nets were very hot from distance in the first half then naturally cooled off. It’s very early in the year and the bench is abysmal once again.

The starting 5 is still amongst the best in the NBA - stats back that up.

Think we lost to like Utah x2, Pistons, Spurs, Hawks, Magic in 22-23 - then won the chip😂

Have always been more of a coasting team in the regular season. It’s why I don’t love owning Tatum too much in this format. (Jumpshooter + Celtics blowouts)

Felt it was a very strange decision to sign Westbrook. Not noted as an outside shooter or smart with his shot selection so tough to understand what the point was when you could get a three and d, etc type option on a minimum contract. Lack of bench depth looks to be a byproduct of the recent extension and big contracts to the likes of Porter Jr, etc.

I agree ... one good season and some huge contracts being handed out ...
- Maxey was one that initially raised my eyebrows but he is still improving ...

I haven't touched my rookies yet but am keeping an eye on Waters this round ...
- Curry and Wiggins out though so might not be the one I'm looking for just yet ... 9, 9, 0, 32, ....
- but by geez he looked good and should get some minutes ... also Kuminga in the equation ...

Braun scoring well ...

- I had / have him in my plans but just wanted to see if he can play B2B's first ....
- the other issue was that looming 2 game week ...
- might have missed the boat on that one ...
