Sam Jacobs was the only ruck to play every game. So much for the set and forget strategy.

Set and forget of Sauce and Sandi seems like it was a stroke of genius. Next year, Nic Nat and Leuenberger if they have full pre-seasons.

Esp if Leuneberger is #1 at the dons

Also my original set and forget would have been nice.

Jacobs, Goldstein, Currie (90) cover.

Could go in the rant thread but it can go here.

I persoannly find this port jumper thing laughable and embarassing. To have a professional club in a billion dollar league have to ask another club so they dont get upset is a disgrace lol. The fact a clash was an issue to begin with is also laughable. Most clubs have entered the 21st century and have a legitimate clash jumper to the point of having ugly white ones like the Crows or Hawks.

It's time the AFL simply look direct clubs to design a full proof clash jumper. EG Richmond can have full yellow on the back and side if they dont want white. It really isn;t that hard. The AFL also need to show power and tell Collingwood to but their nose out of Ports business.

It is bull**** Zim what is going on. Teams should simply play in their traditional jumpers. There is no need for clash jumpers. Simply change colour of shorts is all that is needed like they used to do. The first game I ever watched of footy as little kid was a black and white coverage of 77 Grand Final. North v Collingwood. Same style of jumpers and one had dark shorts and one white. If I could tell the difference with that there is no bloody need for stupid clash guernsey ideas. I hate seeing clubs in white type jumpers. To see my Blues in bloody white or Freo white in Grand Final I find a bloody joke to the game.
Clash jumpers one of worst ideas that ever come in AFL footy.

I agree, how can the AFL pass the tiger clash jumper two years ago and we have also played port in it before and now out of the blue it doesn't sit well with the AFL. If i was port i would be ****ed off at the AFL not the tigers. Who i wouldn't care what we wear.

Totally agree that the need for clash jumpers is very minimal if almost non esistant. There was a game las season that I found difficult to watch but I have glasses now. Freo wearing white was ridiculous. But if the AFL are going to expect a clash jumper it should be set in stone from the start of the season. Not ask Collingwood permission *** for a last minute jumper that needs to come from Fiji. I would have liked to have seen port use their GF jumper. It may be ugly but it has history attatched to it. Relevant AFL history.
