Hey guys, first post here. I've been lurking for a little, familiarising myself with this great community and I have now found a reason to post.
We're all trying maximise our money and so I have been digging through numbers like the rest of us. What I have noticed is Brad Crouch on his return of injury, mid way through last year, averaged 102.78. He is priced at 94.54 but that is when you factor in his 2 games before injury. Then I read a headline on the Adelaide Advertiser: "Red-Hot Summer has Brad Primed"

After reading it, I found this quote interesting: “I’m sweet at the moment, I’ve done every session so far — it’s been a little bit different to my first three pre-seasons,” Crouch said. “Now, in comparison to last season, my fitness is a lot higher. This time last season I was just starting to run again. It’s crucial, especially once the games roll around — that’s when you get the biggest benefit.’’ So what I take away from that quote is 2 things, the first thing is he was possibly underdone going into last season and that may explain his first 2 scores being low (injury as well). The second thing is he is sounding like he is fit and hungry going into this season.
The other player I've looked at is Sam Mitchell, injury interrupted season but once returned and go going, he was enormous. From round 20 he played in every game through to the grand final averaging 113! My main concern is his age, he is 32 and I fear he may be visited my "general soreness" once or twice during the season.
Anyway guys, nice to finally get involved. I look forward to hearing what you guys think.
Regards
