Merrett if i had to choose but probably neither. I see you're an Essendon man so not sure that's why you've landed on those 2 players in particular.

Fwiw i like Crouch at Merrett's pricepoint and Taranto at Shiel's.

Moore for me. Better JS and D/F which might be handy this year, especially if you have Burgess in your team.

Merrett by miles over Shiel if you’re going with one of them, but I recently shifted Merrett out for M Crouch.

I'd rather the Gawn option there. Chance that Goldy gets stuck at a 105 but by taking that one compromise of Ridley over Smith, you can avoid that headache. Ridley may end up matching or going close to Smith, or Smith may end up being 10-15ppg better.... Either way, I think it's better to avoid the Goldy v Gawn headache for the year.

I would agree if Gawn n Grundy didn’t have the same byes. Goldy is gold for the bye rounds

Such a tough one. I have gone option 1 myself, but in your case I would prefer Steele at m5 than m4 so I would say option 2.

I would choose Fyfe IF he played in the JLT so instead I would choose Oliver.
