M Morgan the only player to score less than 50 so far.

Played: C Murray, J Bateman, CNK, M Morgan, J Arrow, B Nikora, A Fifita, M Moylan, N Cleary, J Trbojevic, M Taupau.
Yet to play: K Holland, A Tolman, S Lane (C), C Gutherson, A Keighran (replacing injured Friend), E Marsters

Holland, Lane, Garner + AE to go (atm maximum 12 points) so 1000 is a chance if Holland and Garner do well.

Was a bit annoyed Garrick and CNK scoring well on my bench this week, but they should make some cash now. Was particularly impressed with CNK's effort in a losing side, could have some big weeks when Canberra dominate games later on.

812 with Holland, Napa, Garner to come.

Morgan 19, Taumalolo 18 my only low scores with the rest going ok. Lots of pts left on my bench, which is a good sign I suppose.

993 with Garner, Momirovski and Sivo to come. Could end up anywhere between 1030-1200 with those guys.

Captain Cook the big winner for me, trading in Bateman for Allan a big winner too. My other trade of Crichton to M Morgan was half successful, avoided Crichton’s 46 and big $$ drop but Morgan failed massively with a 18. Taumalolo getting hurt doesn’t help but just glad I didn’t captain him like 20% of the comp did.

When your last change to your round one team hurts the most. Gutherson to Addo-Carr was a terrible terrible decision on my part. Hopefully I can get him back and he'll keep up his scoring.

Where was this performance from Napa last week? Holland continues to stink it up.
Yeah Holland seems to be a dud this season with the way the Dogs are going in attack. More than likely going to offload him and Addo-Carr this coming week and get Burns along with one other. Have to decide whether its a CTW, Front Row or even 2nd row I end up opting for.

Score this round: 1143
Overall score: 2092
Comments: Happy with that score but the Uber POD moves of Sironen, Holland and Sivo really slowed me right down towards the end. They're going nowhere near my 17 next week and I'll play it boring next round.

@Pookus McFly

did you finalise your AFL SC side ? I am expecting you to be Top 100
Yeah, scored 1900 points. No idea if that is good or not.
Was all going pretty well until that last game when I had three Gold Coast Rookies spud it up (Burgess, Collins, Lukosius)

No idea why my Rucks scored so low. The number one bit of advice from everyone seemed to be to go with Grundy and Gawn and they were both poor :/

How did you go in the AFLSC? As good as your NRL side?

Comments: Holland major disappointment of the first two rounds. Bench players have been scoring, so should make money.
The start of the NRL SC season has been eerily similar to the start of the BBL SC season for me.
The popular player that I nervously skipped that flopped: Ponga and Mcullum
The most expensive player that performed to their price tag: Cook and D.Short
The no brainer POD that flops: Holland and Denly

That’s better despite 4 scores under 25 and having 10 players in my team scoring higher than my captain choice Fifita. Hopefully I will trim that 78k round 1 rank!

Score: 1120
Overall score: 2130

70+: S Lane (C), J Arrow, C Murray, B Nikora, C Gutherson and J Trbojevic
50-70: CNK, J Bateman, M Moylan, A Fifita, N Cleary, M Taupau and A Tolman.
Below 50: A Keighran, K Holland, E Martsers, M Morgan

Ecstatic with the start so far considering I had no idea about the players/sport/etc. Hopefully M Morgan and M Moylan are alright to play this round and J Friend returns from injury. Fielding the right player in 17 is becoming a nuisance as in RD1 changing A Keighran to M Sivo last minute cost me 65 points and selecting A Keighran over D Brown this week cost me 53 which all up is 118 on the 17th spot.

Planning to trade C Allan/M Ravalawa to B Burns via C Nicoll-Klokstad by downgrading K Holland to B Smith which should leave me between 80,000 to 90,000 remaining salary. Changes from this weeks playing 17 would be B Burns and J Friend replacing K Holland and A Keighran. Plan with B Smith would be to eventually turn him into C Smith/D Cook but J Tedesco, K Ponga and A Crichton could be the upgrade targets prioritised 1st.

Just a reminder to be careful that moving CNK to fullback could rob you of both playing 4 quality centres and having CNK as an NPR.

Thanks. If I complete the proposed trades my CTW will be E Marsters, C Gutherson, J Bateman and B Burns and my 4 reserves would be C Murray, A Tolman, B Nikora and C Nicoll-Klokstad. Moving CNK to FB to hopefully upgrade him to J Tedesco in the coming 3-6 rounds.
