Clarke + Sicily and play with 18 this week vs. Bewley + Robbie Gray + Blakely and play with 19 this week?

Trades aren't an issue.

I like #2 there. Depends how confident you are on Gray's role obvs tho. I don't have him and my fwd-line is full, and I've got to admit I've had some worries recently about the fact that I'll be without him come finals time...

I'm personally not all that confident, with Wines returning straight back into the midfield and Dixon freeing the Hoff up. Thinking maybe he gets reduced mid time, splitting with the Hoff.

Zerrett or Gaff for a POD

- if Zerrett i would get him in this week and have 300k next week for possibly just Neale
- if Gaff i will get next week and I plan to go early on Clarke and have 716k in the bank for next week possibly getting Neale & Gaff

Current Mids are depleted with so far; Steele the man to go for the above option
MIDS: Jelly, Cripps, Fyfe, Macrae, Libba Walsh, Steele, Bewely, (Telly Heeney, Baker)

If you could keep one of the following as season long cover, who would it be?

Stack vs Duursma

- Similar prices and average
- Stack seems to have a higher ceiling
- Duursma is D-M, which may or may not give me a functioning loop (could be on the same line as Answerth if I get Logue)
- Not sure about JS to round 23?

I would keep Duursma due to his DPP. Could be handy down the track even if you don't have a link as it could possibly help trading in a rookie from either def or mid line should one appear.

I’d keep Duursma, especially if you also have Gardner D/F, and an M/F like Setterfield. Even without a genuine DPP link, if all those three are on different lines, you can shuffle them around

Thanks Bomber and @Tamuhawk. I must say I was erring the other way for somewhat better scoring and maybe a sense of better JS, so I’ll give this some more thought.

Keep Goldy VS Grab Gawn

Keep Goldy allows S Hurn to replace M Hore (D6) and D Mundy/S Menegola to replace Burgess (F7) with 3 trades left once those moves are executed over the next month.

Grab Gawn means I can't do both of the above trades and would likely execute Burgess to Mundy/Menegola and would be left with 3 trades once the moves are executed over the next month.

Thanks for the response and what is your reasoning behind the Gawn selection?
From the stat you posted in captains thread this week and also Gawn gets a extra game over Goldy. I'm also a previous Goldy owner from last year and he was very frustrating to own. I had many chances to turf goldy to Grundy last year and never did and it was too hard to rise in the ranks due to this. Gawn 150 this week!!! Gawn also gives you an extra VC/C each week, would never consider Goldy for VC/C on the other hand.
