Thought I'd notify those who liked or posted comments regarding poker throughout the 2019 World Series of Poker Main Event @Juzzo, @KLo30, @OzRulesFootball, @BlufBlufShuv, @Tails, @Darkie, @Tamuhawk, @anfa18, that we are now heads up with Livingston eliminated:




Will be very interesting to see how long heads up lasts as last year it was a record 199 hands and 10 and a half hours. I'm guessing roughly 4-5 hours of heads-up to decide the $10,000,000 recipient with hopefully Dario Sammartino as the champion.

I'm not 100% sure but I think I saw the majority of the 10-11 hour broadcast last year to decide the winner. The WSOP website operates live instead of a 30-minute delay on the broadcast so it allows you to tune in after a long absence to catch some key hands/deciding hand.

I've been watching the last three hours or so, however I can't see myself doing another 4 hours.

Same. I watched most of today but they virtually dead even at moment and could go for many more hours so have made note it is around 4.5 hours into the day and will return to that spot on replay and try to avoid finding out the rest of days play tonight and watch replay from same point. Dario has played the best today but this is toss of coin now. Heads up is never as interesting to watch as when there is 4 or more players at the table.

Don't want to spoil anything but a key hand is coming up in the next 20-30 minutes.

Surprised I managed to guess correctly the time/range of heads-up as it lasted just over 4 hours.

Great river card for Super Dario () and due to Livingston's elimination he is now #1 on Italy's all-time money list.

Unsure if you managed to watch the hand below from last year's tournament but just about my favourite hand displayed on ESPN due to the context and implications.

Looked like mental fatigue got to Dario in the end.

Wonder how many hours they both players in that tournament.
I cannot imagine playing that much poker for so many days in a row.

It's roughly 12/13 hour days in terms of actual play and yes after each day you are exhausted. The entire environment is over-stimulating, so when you put your head on the pillow its still quite hard to sleep.

Yep, I played it in 2014, made it until about half an hour to go on day 2 before running AK into AA. Fantastic experience if you ever get the chance to do it.

That’s awesome! I would be throwing my money away at this point, but I suspect it would be quite an experience.
