Andrews and Macrae quite easily. Prefer Macrae over the Bont and Andrews is by far a better choice over Saad.

H Andrews 2018-2019:
SC Avg: 85.51 from 37
Disposals Avg: 14.35 from 37

SC avg when disposals equal/exceed 15: 104.29 from 17
SC avg when disposals below 15: 69.55 from 20

SC avg when disposals equal/exceed 12: 93.81 from 27
SC avg when disposals below 12: 63.1 from 10

SC avg when disposals equal/exceed 10: 90.63 from 32
SC avg when disposals below 10: 52.8 from 5

2018:
1 match below 10 disposals
3 matches below 12 disposals
7 matches below 15 disposals

2019:
4 matches below 10 disposals
7 matches below 12 disposals
13 matches below 15 disposals

Beneficiary of the shorter matches due to his game style (intercepts, 1 percenters, etc).
2020:
Last fortnight he has registered 8 disposals and 10 disposals whilst averaging 4 marks which bodes for well for his scoring ability later in the season if these categories slightly increase.
Appreciate those stats. I'm also aware that he has bad scoring history vs Port, who he plays this week. That might be down to coincidence or it might be that Port try to devise a game plan to limit his impact.

I agree with Ironhawk, except for promoting Hill, likely to number two. You know JS isn't an issue, and his scoring is decent, so it's just injury risk as I see it. DPP also handy. I'm also a happy Williamson owner and the two Freo boys will likely be what I'm weighing up this round on the rookie front.
Looking at the team changes for FRE last week and listed emergencies ...

Has me very nervous .... obviously Fyfe will be out but what happens when he returns ... Blakely, Darcy etc ... and Sturt in the mix ...

Thanks mate - I'm a bit skeptical on Serong's JS as well. It's one of the issues with these second wave rookies I find ... usually there's a reason why they didn't play round one.

Sometimes it's injury and sometimes it's that they're not quite good enough. Freo doesn't exactly have an all star midfield and he seemingly couldn't crack it earlier. I expect he'll score pretty well, but it seems likely to me that Hill will play more games, noting the injury risks.

Yeah, looks like a bit of competition for spots.

I figure after a 0-4 start that Freo can pretty much give up on finals anyway and may as well give some of their younger players experience. Can't play them all obviously, but can always rotate your older players a bit, give them a week off every now and then to freshen up, keeping the youngsters in the team.

Blakely and Acres were playing on each other in practice today with Sturt and Mcarthy running around. I'm predicting 2-3 changes with Fyfe,Colyer/Shulz,Conca out for Blakely,Acres+Darcy.

Hold Fyfe and bring in Serong Via Naismith.
V
Trade Fyfe to Danger

In the second scenario, Naismith would become Whitfield next week (although Whitfield is also in in the first scenario).

Can you afford 670K to sit on the bench for two rounds (maybe 3 - I expect they will be cautious with him)? With a 71 affecting his price for his next couple of rounds, I am cashing out personally, should be able to get Fyfe back 50K cheaper in a month or so. Uses a trade up, but I think I'll get the benefit back by bringing in Grundy now rather than a mid priced ruck for Naismith. Danger is not as clear cut benefit, but should outscore Serong, I would say by enough to justify an extra trade on Fyfe.

Titch scored 181 v GWS last year. De Boer played but fan footy doesn't say that he was tagging anyone..
Yeh was 2 years ago when GWS had many mids Shiels,Coniglio, Ward were the mainstays that day with Hopper,Taranto,Kelly etc pinch hitting.

Hill V Serong V Williamson.
I don't really want Williamson myself. May end up losing out to Marchbank soon and the other 2 give you atleast 24 hours to think about.
(Noble is emergency still so may get a reprieve if thats who you were going to look to trade out.)

Think I said Williamson previously, pity he is playing tonight. I would probably still pick him here, but would like to see the final Freo team first - probably more reason to go Williamson now I think about it.
