Pretty similar to the set up I have currently (Marshall though instead of Dusty), incl 4 down back and gawn/grundy. I don't have Daniher, Hutchings instead.

allows me a Neale Olivier Cripps Walsh Rowell and Taranto midfield.

will see how cheaper players pan out. Lost some confidence in Heppell sustainability for now and could afford Taranto, although, whilst many believe in him, I am less certain. Changes may see a Taranto down and a Rowell/Walsh/Cripps up to a Gaff if someone catches my eye in preseason games, incl Heppell.
Same here. Going cheap in the forwards and cross my fingers that I pick the right underpriced players

I liked the idea of swapping Daniher for Hutchings in the forwards

Hello

I have gone the 'El Cheapo' high risk forward line, I have opted to forgo the backup Ruck

What are people thoughts on the setup overall?
Marshall is the biggest no brainer for me. First picked. And if Ryder misses big chunks which is likely given his age and history then Marshall could be the most important player of the year.

You can pencil him in for a full time wing role for what it is worth. He won the 2k time trial and is fit as a fiddle. His ball use is a thing of beauty...i don't recall ever being so blown away by kicking skills on a crows player before. Not sure his price makes him worth it as you need him to be a keeper. He is a bit bettwr value in RDT comparatively and i am considering him in that format just for fun 🙂

Agreed, sounds pretty interesting to me.

Not sure who he would push out though?
I think the suggestion is Tomlinson goes back and Harmes takes a wing, high half forward role so he doesn't end up in the guts! Petracca wasn't part of the mids when Harmes had a good year. He is very cheap but I can see him getting stuck in no mans land.

Harmes played a lot or run with/tagging roles in 2018 and 2019. That type of role draws you into the play and hence your SC reflects that. It is a great experience for developing into a full time mid later on (not suggesting Harmes is going that way). He may be going to reprise that role. Have seen a report that Hunt may be going to play back this year.

Surely Trent Rivers will be the half back flanker.

Would love people’s thoughts on what strategy will be more likely in 2021

Guns & rookies V mid price madness

Is having Milera/Hately/Ziebell types @ D4/F4/M6 etc over kill?

Is minimising rookies on field whilst not starting the Uber premos like Lloyd for example really the way to go?

Would love your thoughts..
