Jelly vs. Titch?
Titch has an incredible fixture. Jelly only got 3 more tough games (5 if you include Tigers x 2).
I'm still on neither. Titch was great without O'Meara but will he hold that role that he hasn't been playing all year, especially given they got spanked with him in it (it's his best role though!).
Kelly still hasn't shown much, to be fair his role was better this week, love to know his CBA but it seemed to actually be a few at least.
Still prefer Gaff or generating the cash for Steele over those two personally.
They could both go huge obviously but durability is definitely an issue and Mitchell's role has not been great this year so I do worry it's just an O'Meara related spike. Eagles also allow a lot of cheap touches.
Exactly this, I also have Docherty but am tossing up between Mills and Lloyd. I think Lloyd is the safer pick but Mills feels like a higher ceiling and standard deviation. I'll go Vanilla with Lloyd I think.
Mills for D5, Lloyd if it's D6.
Stand by what I've been saying since the second it was said that Mills would play midfield though that he can average 115+ in that role, he's so clearly our best midfielder, the only person who doesn't seem to know it at this point is Horse and even then I think he just doesn't value the midfield, at all.
But Lloyd is the safe pick, you need someone to play 14 games, average 105+ from here, he's just about the safest pick in any position.
+1
Gotta go with Lloyd imo, mainly for the reason that he is as durable a player as there is. Low physicality game, safe as houses.
Mills has been ok as well, but you know Lloyd is as good for 22 and 110+ as almost anyone in the league.
The durability aspect is even more important in defence given the dearth of playing coverage on the bench.
Yep, that durability is big, Mills has been pretty good, but has picked up a few injuries and inside midfielders do get banged a lot more than seagulls feasting on chips.
