To be fair you're paying just over $200k for him, it's not a $600k+ premo. You wont need him for the whole season, just get 8 or so rounds out of him, $150k and on field acceptable scoring. People paid more than double that for Sicily and $150k more for Witts last season and they turned out the top players in their lines.
Lot of those concerns are lessened when youre getting a guy for 200K that's averaged 80 before though.
I'm not totally dismissing Coffield, just I would rather start a Rookie that could make the same amount of money, that I have more confidence in.
I haven't dismissed Coffield, I just placed him lower on my Wish List.
I have Constable, Cowan, Chesser, McKenna, Weddle and Ginby in my team and Wilmot knocking on the door.

Very interesting captaincy analysis :-

View attachment 52902

Rory Laird and the dogs. Combo is available for 8 out of the first 11 weeks, with a 72.7% hit rate. Great start to the year and works for the first 6 weeks.

Just checking the Demons fixture for Oliver/Laird owners also for the first 6 weeks :-

Round 1 Dogs play Melb so Oliver/Laird combo also available

Round 2 Melb v Bris Fri pm so Oliver/Laird combo available

Round 3 Melb v Syd Sun arvo however GWS play Sat lunchtime so Madden can't be used so Dogs/Laird combo option

Round 4 Melb v WCE Sun arvo, GWS play Sun Lunchtime so Madden can't be used so Dogs/Laird combo option but going to be tight with timing so will need to make call before the end of Ade/Freo game

Round 5 Melb v Ess Sat Lunch, GWS play Sunday so Oliver/Laird combo also available

Round 6 Melb v Rich Monday, GWS play Sat arvo however so Madden can't be used - Dogs/Laird combo option
For those with the Laird, Oliver, Bont combo, Rnd 8 you need to use Dunkley unless you use an Essendon (123k d/R) donut. Taking a limited number of requests for other Donut, C, VC, VC2 combos. Teams are a drop down so its pretty straight forward.

Also for info, average game position up to round 11 (Honeyball included the bye rounds, stupid because you'll have donuts a plenty).

Does this "irishman" sell to others?
You can get a fire stick max from Amazon for $60. Google how to add the other stuff. It’s a bit fiddly but worth the effort.
Also bulldogs have a digital membership option for $220 which gives 12 months of kayo. You can have 2 streams at once so can split the bill with a mate. Works out to $9/month that way.

Fritsch suffering from some foot soreness after having his foot trampled on by a teammate so he will miss Friday’s match against the Saints. He’s expected to play some minutes against Richmond the following week.

So expect JVR to play in the preferred team on Friday but will be hard to gauge where he’s at with Fritsch out.

Interesting feedback Re shield - are there any apps it doesn't have available? Have an LG Tv that misses some crucial ones.
NVIDIA is just such elite quality, sounds like it's worth the $ over alternatives
Really depends what you're using it for. If just using for streaming Kayo/Netflix and the like there's no real benefit to it over the other options. Where it wins is the extra processing power and at the time it was vastly superior in DV/HDR processing which was important to me. If you're going to run intensive apps then it could be worth it.

Best option is to google what you're planning to use it for and you'll get an answer pretty quickly whether the premium is worth it. In most use cases, it wont be.

They'll appear. Usually we get 10+ sub 200k players scoring more than 50 in round 1.
I have 15 sub $200k players playing in Round 1...only 4 of them are defenders and one of them is the unpopular lock down Cole (the others being Michalanney, Constable and Ginbey).

Teams will probably need 2 of Wilmot, McKenna, Wagner, Weddle and Chesser to play...right now that's not looking promising.
