You like Hewett more than Rowston?
Mind if I ask why?
To be brutally honest, I don’t get the hype for Rowston. He looks to be their 4th mid in the CBA’s (3rd when Kelly was out) and could still only score just 48 and 55. What if Ward goes ahead of him in those mid rotations? Does he start dropping 40s? Can’t see him going ahead of the trio of Kelly/Green/Coniglio. Will likely get dropped for Perryman when he is back (3-4 weeks away) and I can’t see him making 150k in that time.
Hewett has had a slow start due to being the sub. He was tactical subbed in for his first game for just 2. Had 3 touches but a couple clangers hurt his score.
34 last week and was subbed in halfway through the second. He missed 2 sitters in front of goal when the game was close which would’ve given him 55 or so if he kicked them. He had 14 touches but just at 57% DE with 3 clangers. Not sure if that’s an issue or if it might just be the nerves of playing your first games.
He had just the 6 CBA’s throughout the first 2 games (2 in the first, 4 in the second). This should significantly increase with the injuries issues at WC and the increased game time (not sub). I see their CBA’s going to Kelly, Ginbey, Yeo, Culley, Hewett, Gaff, with potentially a few for Clark and West. Not sure how they treat Yeo, do they ease him in or does he get loads of CBAs? He will affect Hewett’s CBA count, but regardless Hewett should score better than his previous games.
