    Strategy 2023: Round 2 Trades

That point is fine, if we were discussing this last week, but you are burning a trade for a tiny benefit.

    Strategy 2023: Round 2 Trades

You'd be better off holding the trade, and keeping Jones in that case. He will outscore Cole and has similar JS

    Strategy 2023: Round 2 Trades

This is where a trade this week might be a good idea. It appears that our Def rookies aren't as solid as we thought, and the 1 or 2 premo defence is not the way to go. An extra premo down back to move a rookie off field is great if you can manage it. I am running with 2 Def premo's but lack the...

    Strategy 2023: Round 2 Trades

Given an 8 year scoring average of 55, if the answer is T Cole, then you asked the wrong question. I have Jone5 and nothing on this earth would make me trade him to Cole.

    Strategy 2023: Round 2 Trades

GWS are cooked after yesterdays heat, combined with the travel to Perth and I’m not sure that they will be running out that last qtr with much left in the tank.

    Strategy 2023: Round 2 Trades

GWS players were cooked, and travel to Perth next week. I am not expecting a great result given the fatigue, the travel and three forced changes minimum. You can hold for a week on Callaghan, or Green

    Review 2023 Round 1 Review

Score: 2,233 - Witts Weekly Ranking: 288th Horne Francis, Green, Naicos, Witts, McKenna, Sheezel, MacKenzie and Ginbey were all guns. Only Jones 5 wet the bed. Will consider Callaghan, Phillips and Pedlar as incomings. Maybe F Greene and Chesser on the chopping block if they don’t fire.

Based on Gulden being named in the fwd pocket I got jittery and traded him. To JHF! That extra cash will help with fixing up Jones next week. Phillips looks like a correction will be needed to get him in if he gets named onfield next week. Running Witts as C after Neales non existent second half...

Why on earth would you lock in an injury with an uncertain return date, when you don't have to? Surely you leave that joy alone for as long as possible.

    Position 2023: Forwards Discussion

Agree with all that, but he's now my F5, Sheezel F6. I have decided to load on the high scoring mid/fwds and go very shallow in defence instead as there seem to be better cash cows on that line.

He laid 7 tackles from memory, something he wasn't keen on doing at the Giants. His minutes through the middle will suffer when the Captain comes back in. At over $300k I cant see the value, when there are similar options priced at $250k or less.
