I want to trade sweet out and move Livingstone into his spot and then move another player forward to replace Livingstone and so on. Once I trade sweet how do I sub Livingstone into his spot ?

Press the 'Trade out' option at the bottom of the screen and then press the 'S' on the left of Livingston's name.
