I'm of the opinion that it's really hard to justify picking anyone above $450k unless there is some obvious sort of role or development change that could indicate a breakout year.
At best, these picks just end up relatively stagnating on their previous year's average and not break your bank, but it just feels as though that extra cash could be used around your line up.
At worst, they don't work out and although their price is going to be decent enough to not crush you, you may have to blow 2 trades to move them on.
More trades this year will enable more risk, but that price range makes it hard to justify unless there are obvious changes to a player's role or usage that they didn't previously have.
