interesting comment
lot of people getting excited about the new kick in rules , yet comments I have read from about 6 clubs say they won't necessarily have a designated kicker and it may be closest to the ball that actually kicks it in to keep the game moving.
Think people may be dissapointed by this 6-6-6 rules , once general plays start it will pretty much be 2-14-2 with the majority of players still in one half and then "roll" forward.
Wish they made the rule that at least 2 players from every team had to stay inside F50 at all times.
Maybe if the umpires throw the ball up quicker and actually apply the incorrect disposal of the ball , the congestion will clear.
I always though when you were tackled you had to kick or handball it away , not just drop or pass it.
Tighten the existing rules up and we might actually end up with a "better" looking game than the rolling U9 maul we have in place now.
